I have not started these supplements yet, I already take so many!
I take these but make sure I eat or they cause me indigestion. Also, a question. My husband has tried taking them but they just make him feel sick. I believe in doTerra and use the oils daily plus the products. I am an all natural person. Love being a member of two doTerra oil groups learning new things daily. I have given up so many things I use to use or even candles putting things in the air. I diffuse my oils night and day. Love every OnGuard product. First time I have seen your video, thanks!

I start taking these and my bench increased in a week from 70kg 4x6 to 70kg 4x8, thats really crazy i never had such a big increase before. But i got a little heart fluttering to, i dont know if its from the pills, but would match the time i startet with them.
I just bought these. Excited. But disappointed that the EO mega has carrageenan. I will still buy these but hope doterra considers removing that !! Thanks for all your information. Love to hear what you and your sister use.
DoTERRA actually announced at convention that they are in process of removing carrageenan from all the supplements. Its in the works!

Our Oily House do they have a multi vitamin?
My 18 yr old might have a leaky gut too. His dermatologist told him he has Seborrheic dermatitis of his scalp. Very red itchy bumps with lots of flakes. What do you recommend for that? Thanks a million.
Aww poor guy! Melaleuca essential oil is great for scalp issues so I would try that. I would also suggest a probiotic supplement to help get his gut bacteria balance in check and a good vitamin supplement. It's hard to get all the nutrition we need and when anything is off it cause issues.
I have a 16 year old. Would it be recommended for that age group?
Yes! I would do half a dose.
Do you take them plus prenatal vitamin? Or just the LLV pack?

I took them as my prenatal for a couple pregnancy.

How many pills do you recommend each day?
For LLV you take 4 of each supplement. I do one probiotic a day.
