  • Now that the kids are out of school for the summer I am sleeping in until 4:30am and hitting weights by 5:15am. While the gym is a little busier, I have a little more energy. This morning's workout was filled with new PR's. I am going to keep lifting hard this week then dial it down next week leading into my band Pillar's first rock show in a decade. I gotta keep my body feeling right for the rock stage. It's almost rock show 'peak week', 12 days out! lol. If you want tickets holler at me.
