Ingredients (for a 1.5 liter mold):
- Penne pasta: 220 grams (7.8 oz)
- Chicken breast: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 piece
- Garlic cloves: 2 cloves
- Cheese: 100 grams (3.5 oz)
- Milk: 60 ml (2 fl oz)
- Salt
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- Butter: 70 grams (2.5 oz)
- Garlic clove: 1 clove
- Heavy cream: 500 ml (17 fl oz)
- Parmesan: 100 grams (3.5 oz)
- Salt
Bake at 180°C or 360°F for 15 minutes.
