Does Dragon offer a Microphone stand with boom arm to use while sitting at a desk?

If I already have a bluetooth headset (or headset with a USB wireless dongle) is there a way to make DMO listen to that? For some reason it does not pull the microphone data from there and automatically only goes through the phone microphone or the wired microphone. Clicking the menu button and switching the microphone but it won't listen to any audio from that microphone. Are only certain microphones capable of being used with DMO? Thanks!

Hello. The wake word settings are in Dragon, under the flame and under General options. These can either be turned on or off.
