There are two very popular anecdotes from the devs of Halo and the Doom reboot about enemy A.I. In both cases, they started with the goal of creating "a very smart and intelligent enemy A.I. to challenge players". When the initial build was tested, players despised combat because the A.I. would play hyper-defensively and would get headshots frequently, which slowed the pace of the game to a crawl. The developers decided to rebuild the A.I. from scratch with intentionally built-in flaws and weaknesses, and reception from testers was immensely better. The lesson here? Player's don't actually want enemies that are flawless. They want enemies that are challenging but doable. I do think both Otoma-Raga and Omega Rugal are too weak and they definitely need buffs and improvements to their A.I.s, but I strongly disagree with the people saying they want CPUs with input-reading and optimal punishes.

Yes the red one has crazy damage output If you fight her with normal Chars you are screwed Also Her climax super in that form Can insta kill non bosses Chars.
Otoma=Raga has x2 defense and attack in red form, so that's why Rugal is taking so much damage even though his boss form also has increased defense. Her climax super does 150% of a regular character lifebar.

Wow, Omega Rugal's unique invicible DM cannot be countered by Otoma-Raga's black hole super arts move.
Usually when a woman have double pig tails, she looks Kawaii but Otoma Roga is the exception.
