Chris, nothing but respect for you man. A lot of people don't realize how long it can take to truly get adjusted to a totally different bow. Even if the bows were similar, it could take months to make those mental changes. Not only that, but you went to a tournament where all eyes were on you. Everybody knew you switched, and they wanted to see how you would perform with the new bow. Not to mention the feeling of people's expectations on your shoulders. You shot really good with that adversity. Good luck to you at Vegas.
Your videos are always the best. I walked away from competitive archery in 1998. I shot b2b world IBO tourneys in west Virginia. With that being said, I lost passion and don't want to see you do the same..take some time off. Enjoy the planet. Swim, bike, run a marathon, go fishing...love What you do..again. your videos are simply the best ever.
Switching bow companies would put added pressure on anyone in the industry. When you’re putting arrows through critters this coming season all your loyal UA-cam fans will still be tuning in and won’t care about paper targets. Don’t beat yourself up ! You inspire a lot of people ! Best of luck Chris
I've been shooting with my new bow a 2018 pse stinger extreme since November. Before I just had a cheap Amazon bow but since I got the pse my shooting has improved triple what it was. Thanks for inspiring me and keeping me positive throughout my journey of getting my bow setup and becoming a better archer day by day.
Chris: Making the cut / Not making the cut. We don't care. Did you see the faces of those who met you? Especially the kids?? You're doing things you love to do and influencing the next generation of archers in a positive way. ALWAYS keep that as your focus. Tournament wins and losses are quickly forgotten. The 'gifts' you give to others are what will be remembered for a long time to come.

Self-applied mental pressure is a BEE. Not every "PRO" makes it to the shoot-off every time, so don't dwell on it. "If you ain't first your last" means there are lots of pros that came in last. Mathews would probably prefer you to keep bringing people into the sport through your content anyway, and this following of yours is growing so that is good for archery in general. podiums are just a bonus. Keep on keepin on Chris Bee.
Its good to be able to shoot high scores. But showing your love for our sport even when you dont have a great day, thats pure greatness. Archery is a constant struggle with ourselves. But nevertheless you love it and you show that. Thats greatness.
Another great video. I’ve looked for a video about your change from Hoyt to Matthews but could not find one. Would love to hear the BeeReal story behind that decision. The only pressure you need to worry about is the pressure you put on yourself as I am sure that is overwhelming enough. Bee one with the “X”
Last hunting season there was 3 or four trucks parked and the guys go to their stands on the other side of the bean field and two Hartford bucks were hanging out by their trucks . I got a nice picture of it I’d like to share 😂

I'm 12 years old and I shoot out to 40 yards hitting X rings on my family's 3D course with my 350 dollar setup I'm getting a Mathews next and I plan on putting your beereal grip and you and Shrewds stabilizers on it. It is going to be a TX-5 due to my draw length of 25 inches.

Switching things is a HUGE leap and you are no longer fully in your comfort zone. While the pressure is there, you mainly put it on yourself to perform well and "prove your worth" although your worth is already known and appreciated by your new team. Just relax and do what you do and always Bee Real 😉↣↣

Clear eyes, full heart, can't lose! Haha. Could tell you were disappointed, but it probably made you a better archer. Now you've "done it" and you can just focus on your shot instead of all the other "stuff" in that brain! Good luck the rest of the season!
I don't know if you'll see this but there's these x10 diameter arrows called bee arrows that are like 1/4 the price including tungsten points and I think you'll like them. if you ever want to give them a go then flick me a message and I'll get you in touch with someone that might be able to get you a set.
