i have to upload manual bank statements via csv file so my question is in my bank statement almost all transactions are inclusive of bank charges and vat for example 10,000$ amount for petty cash transfer to a staff. now this amount has 1$ bank charges and 0.15$ as vat so total in my bank statement it shows as 10,001.15 so by uploading this entry automatically shows 10,001.15 amount in petty cash whereas amount should be 10,000 so how to tackle that? guide please

I wanted to transfer accounts from August 2022 ( I used the custom date option) and Quickbooks only loaded transactions from October 2023

You might need to bring them manully from the bank’s website

Is this the only way to import info from the bank statements? My boss wants me to enter the statements manually bc he doesn’t use online banking and is afraid of identity theft.

If you dont have the file as CSV, then you cant do it via Bank feeds

With a PDF only, it wont work. You need to use a separate app to convert that, is called PDF2QBO

Quickbooks asks me for Company ID on the bank User ID and Password page. What is a Company ID?

No clue why its asking that. What bank is it?

@@HectorGarciaCPA So I learned that it has something to do with the bank. However, the bank doesn't know either. So I will have to work my way up the chain of command until I get to somebody that knows.
