2:50 was Dimash.. He holds that note in about 20 seconds in one of his videos (not the one featured). Yes he was younger on that video and yes he has many tones and vocal colours...
For me, after A4 and before D5 It's hard to choose the winner but A4 and onwards from D5 (including D5), Dimash wins all for me, actually except G5 I'd give that to Adam Levine ;) . The combination of roundness, weight & power yet clarity, in combination with such a "big" vibrato and the sustain on top made that D5 of Dimash's insane. There's just so much richness yet brilliance to the tone. So crisp yet thick and full. Tons of chiaroscuro. It's gobsmacking. They're all great singers. I've been enjoying Adam Lambert for years, it's nice to see Alex Newell on the singing big stage. Dimash is my favorite, he's just capable of toooooooo many different things (and at such high levels) compared to any other single singer.

Удивляет, что до сих пор кому то нужны эти сравнения. Профессионалы в один голос утверждают об уникальности голоса и возможности этого голоса у Димаша! Димаш уникален, это фантастика. Но и другие исполнители немало вложили усилий и труда над собой. Доказано профессионалами и самим Димашем он может повторить многих, но то что он может один, повторить тоже самое не может никто.
I felt that Adam Lambert was probably the best singer in the world...until Dimash came along. Bottom line, Dimash can do what these other two can do and do it much smoother and cleaner. Those two can never do the things Dimash can do because they totally lack the training for it. Dimash is technically better and in all around singing, there is no competition whatsoever. Adam Lambert and Alex Newell are great but Dimash is something entirely different, new and unique.
I would love to see one of them sing Ogni Pietra, then S.O.S., All By Myself, My Heart Will Go On, The Show Must Go On, Diva Dance, Adagio, Daybreak, Know, Mademoiselle Hyde, etc. while attempting to hit all the notes, sustains, tones/colours/timbres, runs/riffs & melismas and other acrobatics & techniques Dimash does. I've never seen 1 single singer in my 45+ years be able to do even close to all the different things (and at such a high level) that Dimash is able to do. BTW, I'm a longtime Adam Lambert fan too.
In my opinion Sinful Passion is one of the most difficult songs to sing. And I agree with you: Dimash's overall skill level, versatility and technical precision is absolutely overwhelming, his skill really stands out. But the others are also great. No need to say anything negative about them like some others unfortunately did. 😢 That's unnecessary and not nice at all. So thank you for not saying anything negative
I want to tell you my point, look at the point is that some start comparing NOTES as in a competition and it's natural, but where Dimash doesn't come in is what only he can do and it's the fantastic voice and control, his energy goodness and light. It's not so much science to get loud with your voice, it's hard to get to the hearts of people with that same voice. Dimash is out of COMPARISONS because he's out of COMPETIR, compare and stuff from a market. It is the best by far but only those with open heart can understand not only ears. Thank you.

zgadgets singing is not a competition. They are all great in their own way, Adam is the best pop/rock singer. Dimash is the best classic singer. Alex is the best at singing female songs.

Sorry but for my opinion it is not the question if a singer can hit a note for me it is important how it sounds. Some singers has to force themselves to hit the note and it sounds like screaming, Dimash can hit high notes an it sounds crystal clear thats the difference to others like Adam Lambert.
Dimash is way better than he was in the young age before. If they remake this video, i’m sure that Dimash would win way more notes, particularly if they add low notes and head voice 😂
Alex would actually rival Dimash quite easily considering he can do staccato runs up to G#6 and has a great low larynx high C with ease. Head voice is his most developed register.

@@zgadgets I agree I think a lot of the clips of Dimash were from when he was younger, and not as seasoned as Adam and Alex were. However, the joke is that amongst coaches and listeners Dimash is known to sound like completely different people in one song, and this has been joked about numerous times by this reactor.

Peter Cauter That video is pure hatred. The channel owner is a huge Alex fan and used the least suitable notes of Dimash to push Alex. Many of those performances are from teenage Dimash. In the first one he was just 13 or 14 years old. And some of these videos are veeeery hard to find. For example the first one is only on YT because Farida (she wa either one of best friends or girlfriend in his teenage years, I don't really know.. but she was always with him at his teenage performances) uploaded it back then. The title of this video is in cyrillic characters and it has hardly any views... same with some other performances used there, unknown performances of younger Dimash (and also of young Dimash there are waaaay more popular performances) with hardly any views. It must have been a loooot of effort to find those. They used videos of Dimash as a teen before his voice had really developed and before he had his university education in vocal (he has university degrees in both classical and contemporary vocal, back then he logically had none of these). And the other two singers were adults in these videos after their vocal education (both in musical theater). And the few newer clips of Dimash are partly totally unknown clips as well or clips in which he didn't even sustain the note even though he had sustained them so many times. BUT also with Adam it's obvious that they chose rather old videos of him during his talent show days. If they could have found teenage videos of Adam, they would have probably also used those instead. Of Alex they used his newer performances and best notes (there are a lot worse clips of him around that were used in some other compilation videos by other channels, which is not nice either), and they even turned the volume if his performances up lol His are much louder than those of Adam and Dimash. And with Dimash's performances, there seems to be even some extra editing going on. They partly have a different tone than the original. However, for all of these notes are numerous well-known ones of Dimash, yet the channel owner digged extremely deep to find these totally unknown old performances. That's weird.
No... all of Alex’s performances here were quite old and some of his worst. Dimash’s performances he chose were much better. Don’t blame the creator of the video for Adam (JustTheVoice) choosing Alex over Dimash. It’s a personal preference. He already said in many other videos before that he doesn’t like how Dimash sounds up there. And I’m sorry what? Turned up the volume? No. Those recordings all look like low quality recordings to me which would naturally sound like that. And volume wouldn’t make it sound better or worse...

This video is quite old. I didn't like anyone's clip selection besides Adam's. Alex has MUCH better belts out there. They legit put his worst belts he has in the A4-E5 range. It's a bit annoying.

for me Dimash is the over all better singer be cause his voice is so clean, but he is to technical, i dont feel much when he sings, i just enjoy his capability, then i'll go with Alex because he is like JHUD he gives more emotions. and i do agree the audio is different, because Alex sounds more live and RAW, the others are more polished because of the big stages. Adam is my favorite because well i just like him....lol he gives me like a balance between Alex and Dimash. in order to really compare them, you have to give them the same song with no music.
That long note of Dimash was Giamaica when he was a teenager. And I don't like that video at all. The channel owner is a fan of Alex Newell and intentionally often chose the "worst" clips of Dimash he could find. I prefer Adam's tone and emotion, Dimash probably has the best technique and can always surprise you and everyone else, but I find everything from E5 and above annoying, while Alex, although great, simply isn't to my taste, his tone is too squeaky and what I heard from him, he is often "on power". He lack subtlety.
All the singers are beautiful, each in their own category, why compare them, these are absolutely incomparable things. Let's imagine that you need to choose between the Earth and the Sky, which is better? Everything is important in our life! For me, DIMASH is both the Earth and the Sky, the entire universe in one Person!!! Why arrange pointless competitions, each artist has their own preferences, and they will vote for their idol. Well, if you really compare, then you need to choose the performance of the same song in the same period of time, then you can talk about a fair competition. Alex would actually rival Dimash quite easily considering he can do staccato runs up to G#6 and has a great low larynx high C with ease. Head voice is his most developed register.

@@zgadgets I agree I think a lot of the clips of Dimash were from when he was younger, and not as seasoned as Adam and Alex were. However, the joke is that amongst coaches and listeners Dimash is known to sound like completely different people in one song, and this has been joked about numerous times by this reactor.

That video is pure hatred. The channel owner is a huge Alex fan and used the least suitable notes of Dimash to push Alex. Many of those performances are from teenage Dimash. In the first one he was just 13 or 14 years old. And some of these videos are veeeery hard to find. For example the first one is only on YT because Farida (she wa either one of best friends or girlfriend in his teenage years, I don't really know.. but she was always with him at his teenage performances) uploaded it back then. The title of this video is in cyrillic characters and it has hardly any views... same with some other performances used there, unknown performances of younger Dimash (and also of young Dimash there are waaaay more popular performances) with hardly any views. It must have been a loooot of effort to find those. They used videos of Dimash as a teen before his voice had really developed and before he had his university education in vocal (he has university degrees in both classical and contemporary vocal, back then he logically had none of these). And the other two singers were adults in these videos after their vocal education (both in musical theater). And the few newer clips of Dimash are partly totally unknown clips as well or clips in which he didn't even sustain the note even though he had sustained them so many times. BUT also with Adam it's obvious that they chose rather old videos of him during his talent show days. If they could have found teenage videos of Adam, they would have probably also used those instead. Of Alex they used his newer performances and best notes (there are a lot worse clips of him around that were used in some other compilation videos by other channels, which is not nice either), and they even turned the volume if his performances up lol His are much louder than those of Adam and Dimash. And with Dimash's performances, there seems to be even some extra editing going on. They partly have a different tone than the original. However, for all of these notes are numerous well-known ones of Dimash, yet the channel owner digged extremely deep to find these totally unknown old performances. That's weird.
No... all of Alex’s performances here were quite old and some of his worst. Dimash’s performances he chose were much better. Don’t blame the creator of the video for Adam (JustTheVoice) choosing Alex over Dimash. It’s a personal preference. He already said in many other videos before that he doesn’t like how Dimash sounds up there.
And I’m sorry what? Turned up the volume? No. Those recordings all look like low quality recordings to me which would naturally sound like that. And volume wouldn’t make it sound better or worse...

This video is quite old. I didn't like anyone's clip selection besides Adam's. Alex has MUCH better belts out there. They legit put his worst belts he has in the A4-E5 range. It's a bit annoying.

for me Dimash is the over all better singer be cause his voice is so clean, but he is to technical, i dont feel much when he sings, i just enjoy his capability, then i'll go with Alex because he is like JHUD he gives more emotions. and i do agree the audio is different, because Alex sounds more live and RAW, the others are more polished because of the big stages. Adam is my favorite because well i just like him....lol he gives me like a balance between Alex and Dimash. in order to really compare them, you have to give them the same song with no music.

The channel owner is a fan of Alex Newell and intentionally often chose the "worst" clips of Dimash he could find. I prefer Adam's tone and emotion, Dimash probably has the best technique and can always surprise you and everyone else, but I find everything from E5 and above annoying, while Alex, although great, simply isn't to my taste, his tone is too squeaky and what I heard from him, he is often "on power".
