Its had no stopper? I was byed a bottle in pondicherry ,in tamilnadu.its had a stopper nossile.
Well, I got it from Frankfurt airport, so the bottle not having a stopper would not bother me.
Having said that if a bottle does not have stopper, it does not always means it’s a fake.
But the chances are more, I would say.
If one is buying from a safe source, stopper or no stopper does not matter.
Like all Single malts that almost always come without stopper!
This was one of my 1st scotch experiences many years ago. My taste buds have grown beyond this. Great memories though.
True that, like I concluded, its rare that in one’s alcohol pilgrimage, one does not encounter the Ballantine’s finest.
