Been missing your videos Jason! Good to see you back on UA-cam! Hope you're doing ok
So happy you showed your boas off, I could just keep watching and see all your amazing boas
Thank you!
@@JasonsExoticReptiles I’m wanting to get a VPI Sunglow from you Jason and I’m also wanting to get a Snow from you as well. I’ve owned boas for about 12 years now and they’ve always been my absolute passion and love and favorite snake and now I’m wanting to start my own breeding and build some of my own projects so I need a VPI Sunglow female and a female snow
Wish I could purchase a boa off this chap but I'm in the UK so I'm screwed either way,but nice informative videos to watch and gain more knowhow👍👍
Great vid bro! Collection looks amazing and love those racks.
You’ve changed the room around so much!
Yes sir. Going to get a huge change once I move to CT next month
@@JasonsExoticReptiles you’re moving here and you didn’t even tell me?!?!? Shoot me a message where haha. Don’t want to make you put that on here haha.
glad you give corn snakes some love. I feel like alot of the youtubers who do pythons and boas just hate on corn snakes.
Moonglows and snows are my dream snake. Very beautiful just hurts the bank account.
Love your snake house..it must be hard work keeping it so tidy and looking after so many snakes..hats off to you buddy..watching in England👍
Thank you!
Hey i’m a beginner i have 1 baby corn snake, sometimes i’m afraid he’ll bite me but watching ur videos help me calm down a lot thanks :D
Thanks for this tour, it was really great to see so many of your projects.
Thank you!
Every boa fan appreciates your videos no doubt. 🤙🏽
Fantastic tour brother
Long awaited video. Awesome room. I love the BCL. Regarding your comment on Peruvians, I personally believe that people have bred for looks. I have seen too many that have have aberrant saddles labeled as both pucallpa and Iquitos, the same goes for the thin saddle with connecting lines. Personally unless it can be traced all the way back I can’t classify them for anything other than what I bought it ass. In my opinion the aberrant saddle with brick red tail is the prototypical “Pucallpa” look as produced by Russo and HK. Pinched clean with cherry red is an “Iquitos” look produced to look like the Pomaville line. Just my 2 cents, I love them regardless. I just picked up and F2 male Sandro line that originated in Switzerland. I will tag you in a pic once he gets a meal in him. Bought as Peruvian but has a very Pucallpa look. I am keeping a close eye on your Peruvian pairing to build my breeding pairs. Sorry for the long comment.
I like how every time you move to a different morph you're like "I love this. This is my favorite."
Excellent video Jason and awesome collection! 👍🐍👌
Brilliant collection my friend, and I really like the fact that you are in no rush to breed your animals until they're mature enough to do so. So many breeders power feed them to reach a breeding size and it seems like they don't have the animals best intrests in mind . ✌
Great video. Cant wait for part 2!
I enjoy all your videos but definitely can’t get enough of your info you give us on different morphs. Thanks for sharing a lot of your boas.
Wow, feeding must take an entire day! Beautiful snakes. I LOVE how you go through your snakes, show us & explain so perfectly.
Getting my first boa tmr, a almost 3 year old Honduran fire belly little nervous lol
Everytime I watch your videos, it gave me more courage and determination in keeping my snake and expanding my obsession of these things ❤️
I can't wait for morph videos! It is so interesting to learn the effects of genes on pattern and color. I have an IMG hypo jungle het albino and would definitely like to know from your experience, how the genes will play off each other. Great video, looking forward to the next one
Nice 👌 great video. The Camera person tried really hard 😆
The camera person did good work, too. Nice and steady with the important stuff in the middle of the picture at all times.
Wow you are so beautiful 😚
I knew it was wifey when he said camera person, and wifey is you!
I will have this many snakes when I’m older
Start small.
Already have
Beautiful boas and awesome reptile room.
Thank you!
I don’t get wtf people feel the need to give thumbs down on people doing things they can/will never do themselves 🤷🏻♀️. So far you’re the best Tuber that I’ve seen doing boas. Thank you.
Haha thank you. I'm with you but it's all good. I appreciate it 🙏
Really nice video I love how healthy all your snakes look!! Looking forward to the next rooms.
Thank you!
Great set ups and great video
Thank you
I want a bcl anery type now! Lol that one in the beginning was mind blowing! Awesome snakes!
Thank you
Great video Jason. Thank you
Thank you!
Great video! Thanks Jason!

Great video :) awesome collection
Thank you
You need to post more I learn so much from you and I wanna be what you are
Thank yoi! New video going up tomorrow
Love these videos man...healthy beautiful animals. Can't wait to see future litters.
Thank you!
Wow awesome boas man as always loving your collection of boas man keep up the good work that you are doing I always love your videos Jason and I hope you and your family are safe and well I would love to see your quarantine room setup Jason that would be a good video man big thumbs up as always man 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks man! I'll 100% get to that. Just in the process of moving and things are Alitalia everywhere
I'm sure when I say this and most of the other followers will probably agree, I don't think your posts are to long in fact I think they could be a bit longer.
Thanks man!
Great video Jason, I love the central American tpositive hold back. I'm a huge fan of central Americans, especially sunglows. It's really cool that you have a cornsnake collection too. Keep up the good work
Thanks man!
Really enjoy these videos. You’ve really helped me out now as I’m starting to gain a further interest in reptile keeping, specifically snakes. Just got my second after getting my ball python several months ago. Jumped in with a baby pearl 100% het granite burm, and I’m starting to fall in love with these animals.
Thank you! Good luck with your burm!
@@JasonsExoticReptiles thank you I appreciate it!
You are doing excellent work Jason. Much respect for you. Would love to see what you have in regards to argentine boas. Keep up the good work brother!
Thanks man. I actually do not have any argentine boas.
@@JasonsExoticReptiles You are doing awesome work, one day ill find an argentine haha. Stay safe and keep grinding brother!
Thank you
I'm not jealous of your collection at all 😭😂
I have an idea, let's thaw rats in the snake room and then show everybody my collection 😂🤣
Great video and thank you for sharing it's nice to see the rest of your room versus the one wall you shoot everything on 🙂
Haha! It was the only opportunity they had to actually have someone else building. Figured I would take it before I lost my chance again
Dude, you're the boa king for sure
Haha thanks man
amazing
The oversaturated sunglows are definitely my favorite, they look heavenly, followed closely by those clean crisp peruvians. I share your concern about the quality of IMG's right now, with all that said you appear to have a well rounded quality program set up and I appreciate the personal expectation you set for yourself because it helps define you as a good role model
Thank you!!
@@JasonsExoticReptiles hello jason ..I'm looking for a great boa constrictor but I cant seem to find one that's not 600 dollars in my area ...do you know any online place I can buy a healthy snake?
@@tepoztlitlacatl634 if say my website but I'm not shipping anymore until mid January due to the holiday backup
@@JasonsExoticReptiles I only want 1 big snake ..I'm still new to everything I remember seeing a video where you say if I just want a 1 and done type snake to get a burmese python do you have any available I've been researching and I would like to get one
What a nice video
Thank you!
Sick ass video jason , you will update or tour the burm collection? I'm looking forward to those beasts;)!
Great great great !! 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Hell yeah buddy!!
Awesome
It would be great if you had a wait list for the Peruvians and put me at the top of the list. Most beautiful boas I've seen.
I used to but found that they were more work than they are worth. Now I just encourage people to follow my social media since that's where you would see them posted first. This way, if people are still interested when I have the babies they can reach out immediately
@@JasonsExoticReptiles Got it. I'll be sure to keep my eyes out.
Hope you have a merry Christmas brother hope to see a new video this weekend also hope you're doing well.
Thank you! Hope you had a great Christmas and are going to have an even better New Year!
@@JasonsExoticReptiles hey thanks brother. Have a blessed new year. Hopefully 2021 is a better year then 2020. Stay safe as always bro
@@JasonsExoticReptiles hey brother. Everything going ok with you? You know I gotta check on ya, I miss your videos. Hope you're having a good 2021 so far bro and really hope all is going well for you. Sending blessings and love your way. May e give a reply if you have time letting me know your doing ok, sorry just when I've been following someone for so long and things change out the ordinary I worry, plus I always comment and you always reply (thank you) feels like I've gotten to know you In a way. Stay safe my friend.
Hoping to see some Pucallpa Peruvians for sale from you soon! I think I’m finally in the market for one!
You seem really pumped to show off some snakes bruh
That is a big reptile room
Can you do a video about the fire boas and the difference in the Colombian and Central American varieties?
I can try for sure.
Hey! I like your freedom breeder set up, I’m wondering what ventilation % did you choose? I’m wanting to get this exact rack for my current 15 ball pythons and I’m wanting to have a perfect rack that’s set to finally get more going
Super dependent on your specific room but I get 50%
Hi Jason do you know where I can find a corn snake or a Cali king snake?
I see reptars I hit like
Was up my friend, your collection is looking brilliant. Boas have always been my favorite, up till about a year ago. There is a guy that rescues Cobras in India primarily but will rescue any animals in need of help. He's not commissioned by any government agency, and never does it for the ratings. The Kings there are jet black with white chevrons immense 1 was 14ft. Sorry I digressed for a minute. Your boas are stunning. I'll send you the dudes name. Check him out if you get a minute. Thanks for all the time you take to school us. Your the Boa constrictor descriptor...🐍. I'm not making fun of you I think it's a great title for you.
Haha thanks man!
@@JasonsExoticReptiles No worries, I'm serious when I say your channel is great and I don't think your videos are to long at all. Your animals are brilliant and as soon as I'm set up on my end I will definitely be contacting you. Have a great day my friend. ✌🐍.
Love your videos but what I don't get is that you are putting a Pucallpa and Iquitos together.
The pucallpa/inquitos debate is a long one. Many people see them as the same and disregard locality completely. These would be sold as Peruvian and nothing more.
Those Peruvians are friggin gorgeous
Thank yoi!
Hey I have a question I hope you can help with. I watched your videos a lot and decided to get a smaller boa. Got a Nicaraguan bci female from a reptile shop. Ladies were guessing she was 6 months but she's only 20 inches and seems like a hatchling. What do you think?
I'd say atleast 6 months but it depends alot on feeding up until when you got. Could be a year or could be two months
🔥🔥
Whats the size of your enclosure for adult boas sir? Thanks and great vid as usual
I use the 48x30 inch freedom breeders for adults.
I really enjoyed the tour it could have been a 5 hour video I would have been alright with that :)
Thank you! I need to do another one of the new room.
@@JasonsExoticReptiles yes please do
Where is your hook from?
Do you think you could do a video in the tarahumara boas?
I can try for sure.
Camera person, so wifey.
I just got my first hypo motley what would you recommend breeding her to ? Thanks in advance.
That's a decision you need to make
What size are those big tubs at the end? Great vid and gorgeous boa's
I think the ones you are asking about are 50x30 incjes
@@JasonsExoticReptiles perfect thanks, I've 2 boa's in my collection and they're getting big now so its time for upgrades. I've been binging your videos all day but wasn't sure of the tub dimensions, thanks again and hi from Ireland 🇮🇪
Have you ever thought of maybe doing a video of updates on snakes you have sold just to see how they are doing
Fortunately, I have great customers who keep me updated the progress of the snakes. I encourage and open communication so if people have any issues we can correct them right away
Did you ever make the video of you able to show how you can tame down central american/nicaraguan type boas? Remember you got bit alot last year? As I can't seem to find the vid or I'm blind.👍😊
I never made it. I started it and just fell off since life pickup up.
@@JasonsExoticReptiles well I'd love your real opinion on nicaraguans? Thanks.
@@simon5856 some of my favorites out there. One of the most under rated boas. Great draws species that isn't going to break the bank, super hardy, and pretty easy to breed
Where do you get your bark substrate from? Must cost a fortune if you’re using repti-bark.
I buy it by the pallet from Freedom breeder. Definitely is expensive but I resell it as well so it pretty much evens out
Can anybody tell me why my boa has been spending 90% of his time in his new water bowl? Got him a bigger bowl about 2 months ago and he's in it more than ever.. He's about 8 years old and never used his water bowl this much. He usually only used to be in it right after feedings for awhile.. He seems healthy, eating fine, no mites, regular bowl movements after feeding, Temps good, and humidity is good. Just doesn't seem right. Thank you
how are you mr jason
Do any of your snakes in the racks have or need additional enrichment ?
I personally don't think so, but you will have just as many people with a valid argument of why they do
They're snakes. Not smart. Enrichment not appreciated.
Have you ever worked with dwarf burms or half dwarf burms?
I haven't that I'm aware of. I'm not really sure there are real dwarf burms around anymore but the ones that were here were absolute devils. They sicked!
What do you use for substrate?
Freedom breeder cocoblox
Am i the only one who wonders the total value of his snakes?
I wonder that myself! Haha
And all those racks 🤯
Boa's morph and localities are very hard to understand. you may need to make a video that focuses on localities without morph (wild type) and morphs that originally came from a specific bloodline (ex: sonoran leopard). sorry for the bad English, I'm Indonesian though lol
I'm going to do more of these for sure. I do have a few videos focused just on localities and morphs if you check some of my videos.
when will a sun glow boa be available?
Hopefully making some this year. Babies coming over the next 2-6 months
Awesome. 2 weekends in a row with a video hell yea. Sorry for the name change again brother its Jeremy Mahle. I changed to my playstation name for streaming games on ps5 to UA-cam.(maybe give me a follow) So far my gardener snake is doing good in brumation. I put her in a small storage container like you said and but her In my cool dark basement and have been checking on her every week. She still has good body weight. She just hasn't made any urine deposits since she has been in there( about 1 month) is that normal? I change her water weekly. Loved seeing your collection, you have some amazing looking Boas bro. Can't want to see the rest of your collection. I don't mind the longer videos I prefer a 20min video full of amazing things them a 5min video. Have a great reast of your weekend brother looking forward to next weekemds video stay safe.
Good luck with the garter!! That does sound about right, but I don't have a ton of experience with burmation.
Wow, I'd love to have a room like that! I might get one or two so I appreciate the morph breakdown
Thank you!
Is there such a thing as a "Columbian Red Tail BCC"?
Yes there is, but it’s not very common.
Some of those trays look to be slightly open. I sure hope they're supposed to be empty, because they are now!
Haha! Those are out breeding. I leave their cage is cracked so I know during cleaning
@@JasonsExoticReptiles makes sense. That way you know they didn't actually escape.
My partner and I have a proven male 2016 hypo motley het kahl albino poss. Anery type1 from you aswell as a 2017 male lipstick line kahl albino het snow poss. Jungle that the girl I got him from said was produced by you!
I’m having trouble breeding my boas , I have several ball pythons breeding but this will be the first year Ived tried ,mainly have ball pythons with several monitors, I have the humidity in the room around 60 in the room ambient temp 80/85 to mimic weather change inside the cages are normally 80/85 hot spot my male is an 1yr albino Kahl the female is a hypo 2yr hypo... any tips bro , I can FB msg you & show pics if needed. Thanks a lot bro!
I would suggest waiting until at least next year. Males should be 18 months and females 3-4 years to have increased viability and safety for the boas. Good luck bro!
@@jboyzboas thanks for the advice I do know a lot of people with success with both this ages but noted for sure thanks
@@godlovesmysnakesandtattoos5084 nice! That’s pretty surprising to me, most females grown to an appropriate size in such a short amount of time aren’t the healthiest, specially in the long run. But maybe Jason will give his opinion. Also, Brian Boas is on UA-cam with really reliable information regarding breeding. If you really interested you can pick up the book by vin Russo the more complete boa constrictor. It’s a good read and gets into specific locality differences/ preferences. Cheers!
You're going to have to give them another year or two. They are generally not mature enough until males are about 1.5-2 years and females about 2.5-3 as an absolute minimum. I personally wouldn't even consider breeding my boas until atleast 2 years for males and 3.5 for females.
@@JasonsExoticReptiles thanks bro, their just so big lol
😍😍😍😍🐍😍😍😍😍
Can you post videos more often so you can get more views.
Hahaj I'm trying! Work and cleaning snakes come first. Then if I have time left I go into the videos. I have some videos filled but haven't had the time to really process them
God thing that you are putting the animals first. :)
Good
Will more videos give more views? Too many means not so special, so may not be watched. Fewer means more special. There must be a trade-off point.
Awesome
