This was such a creative video! Most content creators just keep on a theme; but you’ve taken the same hobby and shown some real, unique way to vary the use of these skills!
These look amazing. Im going to have to try that stippling technique you used on Pucker! The nerds rope looks so good! Lefty is my favorite though. I love that model so much. This is a great Snak and a great monster. 🎉
Very creative reuse of old toys there. Loved the insight into your thought process. The finished figures were really good. Cuppy is my favorite. :) I think that the finished candy corn monster looks great, but I would probably have leaned into the cracking rather than covering it up. A crusty cracked candy corn creature seems a bit scarier to me.
Great work ! I've never used that Crayola clay before but I can see it could be useful despite the cracking. In '79 or so my mother worked for M&M Mars at that time making candy at a factory. One day the company had employees take home a box of Twix bars for their families and see what they thought of them. Of course we liked them and ate the whole box over a couple of days LOL This was before the candy was made available for the public.
That blue figure part was from a Halloween Kinder egg toy. I have several of their Halloween figures from the last several years. And being a Halloween toy from a candy seems very fitting for this build.
As a tip. When I have bulked up things I was making, I have used hot glue pretty successfully to add bulk and fill cracks. And then, at the end, add a skin of some sort of two part epoxy.
@Zambies there's so much to choose from, but Maltesers are always a hit, along with Snakes, pretty much the same as gummy worns. Snickers, Mars and Cherry Ripes are all pretty popular.
Literally been arguing this every day at work cause somebody got Swedish fish for our candy bowl, half the crew says f tier but the cool half says fish and dots are s tier
