- Dick Van Dyke originally sings this beautiful lullaby in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, but I just knew it would be so beautiful in Julie's voice. So this is my impression of Julie Andrews singing Hushabye Mountain. Although she turned down the role, I always thought Julie Andrews would've been the perfect Truly Scrumptious. I hope you enjoy!

She would have killed it definitely! Unfortunately by that time, Julie didn’t want to be typecast as the “jolly caretaker/singing nanny” stereotype and decided to branch out. Luckily her pal Sally stepped in.
