Thanks so much Ramona! It's so hard to find good help on the New Pages Experience. I have a follow-up question if you have time. The business page that I manage has 4 "Partners with Access" that were added before we switched to the New Pages Experience. I would like to remove a couple of them but I cannot find any way to do so. All the other people on the account ("People with Facebook Acces," People with Task Access," and "Business Account Access, " have the three dots to the right of their name. However, the groups under "Partner with Access," do not. Have you run into this and figured out a solution? Thanks again.

If that doesn't work, watch the video that I linked in the comments of that video to see if that works. So sorry Facebook is so confusing. I feel your pain. 😩 Let me know how you make out.
What if you gave someone access but later realized they have full access. How do you remove them, it's not offering me to remove them when I click on the 3 dots 🤔??
Hi Clarence. Check your own access level. It sounds like you may not have full access. If you do not, you will have to ask that person to give you full access to remove them. Let me know if this is not the case

Greetings - We are one New Page Experience. How does one change what used to be called an "Editor" to "Full Control" on the New Page Experience? Hey Kim, To give full access, follow the instructions in the video above and make sure all of the task access toggle buttons are on. The most honest hint/tip I can give is to make sure you only give people access to your page that have been fully trained in how to use Facebook Business Pages. It's not any easy task like it used to be. (See if this helps any ua-cam.com/video/6ekdNaR9eIg/v-deo.html) I hope she still has full access, but I have seen where all admins have been removed and no one has access to the page. See if you have either Facebook Business Manager or Meta Business Suite. If so go in that way and look for People to see if you can change roles in there, but watch the videos below before touching anything else. Keep in mind that some of us have the New Page Experience, some have Meta Business Suite, some have Classic Pages, and believe it or not some of my clients pages have both New Page Experience and Meta Business Suite. There is not much that is consistent with the Facebook Business Pages. You have to make sure you read everything before clicking anything otherwise you could end up losing your page. I don't mean to scare you but I've seen just about every scenario over the past 14 years working with Facebook. This has been the most difficult season. Evebthough I have secured my profile and gone ahead to remove him as an admin, he still has to accept my removal. If he does not accept it, will he stay on as an admin of my page? Hi Mimi. I've seen that before on a client's page and yes, it is very odd. In the case of my client, I was able to change her to Admin only because she had another Admin on her page. Are you the only one that has a role on your page? P.S. I'm glad you've enjoyed my videos.

Hi @tomrau4243. I've never seen it where the dots are missing. Try clicking on their face. Also, is the admin up at the top under Facebook Page Access or down at the bottom under Business Manager?
@missjinners, they will go to their notification bell 🔔 at the top right. If they have email notifications set, they will receive an email from Facebook to accept access.

Hi @hoofgirl31. When did you remove the person as admin? If you just did it, know that Facebook takes their sweet time completely removing people from task access / page roles. You may have to wait a few days, weeks or however long it takes them. Facebook is not consistent. I would wait then go back and try to block them and see if it works. Sorry, I know this is not what you want to hear, but unfortunately for us, that is how Facebook chooses to operate.

Also, what Facebook Business Page do you have - Classic Page, New Page Experience, or Meta Business Suite? I was having problems for about a year trying to block a page visitor. When I got the New Page Experience, I was finally able to block them. The fact that you can't reach Facebook is no surprise. 🤦♀

Oh dear! 😧 You've got to get your Admin to make you an Admin on your Facebook Page.
