*IM QUITE IMPRESSED AS WELL, Filipino BLs producing shows left and right while using Taglish language!! Ang cute and much more easy to understand* 💗
And a lot of them are really creative as well between how they have to film during covid and how they tie quarantine and covid into the series.
I don’t understand why they speak mostly English if it’s subtitled... Why can’t they just speak Tagalog instead of Taglish. We use Taglish in the States. Most of the BL I watch speaks their own language. It’s a rarity that they speak English only if necessary.

I didn’t say there’s something wrong using TagLish what I find it wrong is when a soap opera uses more English than Tagalog. What’s the sense of subtitles if everyone in the cast speaks English throughout the show. I have seen a lot of Asian BL and all of them speaks their languages. Each languages is beautiful and some fans from all over the world would benefit or would learn words in Tagalog . Why would I watch Filipino soap operas if all of the speaks English only.

Aba, iba din!!!! The flavor... I love the color grading (parang glossy) and the cuteness of actors. So far, it's light and feel good. It has something different to offer and what I appreciate about the series so far is that it shows young love for LGBTQ+. On a side note: I love that Filipino BLs that is being shown right now offer variety and different from each other- from bright and light show like Boy's Lockdown to a more mature contents like In Between.
