About this product:
How To Order Replacement Cash App Cash Card
The service allows users to request and transfer money to another Cash account via its Cash App or email. Users can then choose to withdraw the money with its debit Visa card, called Cash Card, in ATMs or transfer it to any local bank account.

I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks since it was shipped and it never arrived. I live in Texas and the factory is in California so like what’s taking them so long? They have the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I tried contacting them and they don’t have any representatives that can help you. You call their phone number and it sends you to this automated voice mail that literally offers no help whatsoever. What I don’t understand is how can an app handle millions of transactions each day yet doesn’t have employees to help it’s customers. And don’t even get me started with theft. If by any chance your cash app account gets hacked or you accidentally get scammed might as well just not even fight for it, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!! Also if you try disputing a transaction, they will BAN YOU. The only reason I use cash app is because many of my customers use it to pay me and I cannot refuse them this paying method or else I would probably lose them. I do not recommend anyone using this App! They call themselves a Bank but Ban you when you try disputing a transaction. Their app lacks on security as well. You can’t even add two factor authentication to protect your account from hackers. All they need is a code sent to your phonenumber or email adress and BOOM you’ve been hacked and they can transfer your money to another account. And because cash app is not associated with your bank, good luck getting help with your bank 🙂

Hello, I have replacement card but the QR Code is not accepting the expiration date. What do I do now? I pressed on the picture of VISA card and I did not get the choices you showed on your video. I spent 30 minutes redesigning the new glow in the dark card and paid the $5 for it. This was more than 3 weeks ago but I haven’t received it yet so I contacted support yesterday and they told me that it was most likely lost in the mail and told me to report it stolen and they’ll send out a replacement. So I’m just wondering if it will be a basic card with no design or will they send me one that has the exact same design I spent 30 minutes on? 🤔

When I ordered my cash card I only wanted it on my phone so I didn't receive my actual one but my card was on my phone so it kept decling when I had money on it and it wouldn't enable with the switch button so I reported it lost and now I'm S.O.S please helppppppppp me 🥺
