Hybrid Tahoe Still Broken... Mis-diagnosis?

Customer states 2008 GMC Yukon 2 mode Hybrid will not start..... Previously diagnosed one year and 2 miles ago as being an internal transmission fault.
Transmission has been replaced as recommended, but the vehicle still won't start.
What do we find?
