The cost of the finished goods here is equal to the cost of the goods manufactured during the year (since we have no beginning inventory) less the cost of goods that have been shipped to customers. Is that what you are asking?
Hello Antonio - When you're done, you'll have either over- or under-applied overhead. Depending on your instructions, either close it to Cost of Goods Sold (that's common) or allocate it among Cost of Goods Sold, WIP and Finished Goods Inventory. I hope that helps.
