Love the 4 inch coil on the Tracker 4, man gets right into tight spots and found a lot of clad and a few gold rings bigger coils would have not even been able to hit. For a small coil and yes maybe not deep but it sure does get the Job Done. For the Money You would make it back in know time.
I have a lrp...very happy with its performance overall. My f22 just died in a light rain! The lrp has been poured on 10 times still going strong! I got a 4" coil for it...thanks for the info vid.
Only ask permission for private property. Most cities and towns have laws on a website or signs posted if illegal. Buy an officer a coffee and ask them before you ask a city council desk job type person. Most cops could care less if a person is metal detecting. A city council type however, will love to make a new law and get credit for it.
I enjoy your videos, but I think they would be more informative if you showed the machine in action, then dug. It would help us get a feel for the machine.
I see your point and one or two other guys have had similar suggestions. My argument is that it can be frustrating to unplug/plug in my headphones for each target - film in one hand while swinging in the other - carry a tripod so I can film the dig portion. The list goes on and on...just not my thing...this is what works for me/us. I do try to make sure I cover 95% of the bases in the review and how-to videos. The hunts are for our enjoyment and filming what we do film is borderline frustrating at times. Thanks for the comment and for watching. I do appreciate it.
When I unwrapped my original one for the Sharp Shooter 2 I laughed a fair bit. It is so light and so small it appears like a McDonalds kids meal toy. It works well however...no doubt about that.
Hello, I want to buy this coil for my bounty hunter land ranger pro but I can not find it on the sites of sale can you tell me where I can get it? Super youtube channel I love your videos! Thanks again for your contribution Zorg
Thanks for the kind words Zorg! Glad you enjoy the channel. You will need to buy this coil directly from First Texas. Vendors don't have it for sale unfortunately. Call (915) 633-8354 and ask for Rubi Martinez. She will hook ya up!
Hello, Thank you for the answer, the problem is that I am in France and it is difficult for me to call this store because of the time shift on the one hand and my very bad English. I searched websites but the socket is a socket with a screw which is not the case on your F5. Would you know where I could get the same model as yours? Zorg.
HunterGT, isn't the 4" Bounty Hunter Gold Nugget coil the same as the Ultra-4? Sorry, newbie here... But seems like since all Bounty Hunter Metal Detectors are VLF, the coils would be the same.
The 4 inch nugget coil is for the older 6.6khz machines (Time Ranger - Pioneer 505 - Land Star etc etc).......the Ultra-4 is for the newer 7.7khz machines (Lone Star Pro - Quick Draw Pro - Land Ranger Pro).
Yes it is Steve...terrible soil. When people talk about finding 8 inch quarter with the Land Ranger Pro it makes me want to cry lol. I have not tried the T2 classic but it is on my list of "maybes" for my next purchase...along with an Xterra 705.
Cheap as in inexpensive? Yes. Cheap as in poorly made? No. The LRP is one of the best price to performance detectors on the market...if not the best. This coil at $40 is a hell of a deal...

A lot of the dimes I find here in Kentucky are tarnished that brown color. It is weird. Nice video!
Just ordered the BH land ranger pro, almost for the FIsher f44

What have you found to be the best settings and notch setting using disk 4
Good hunt and video. Especially liked the review of your 'Field Bag' contents.😀
Glad ya like it Frankie lol. You should see what's at the bottom of the bag! :D
Hello quick question, im going to be buying my 1st detector soon, my question is do you have to ask permission to hunt at public parks?

I bought a 4 inch coil for my bounty hunter camo ls..pretty shockingly small..I wasn't expecting that..lol
When I unwrapped my original one for the Sharp Shooter 2 I laughed a fair bit. It is so light and so small it appears like a McDonalds kids meal toy. It works well however...no doubt about that.
TheHunterGT Agreed...It made a huge difference in how well the camo ls could separate targets..like night and day

Oh ok thanks for the info I didn't know that. Thank you! Can't wait for more of your videos, you're one of my favorite channels! Thumbs up!
Thanks man...I really appreciate hearing that.
I think different coils from different manufacturers are made differently.
your soil is kryptonite to metal detectors lol.you ever try the t2 classic in your soil?
Yes it is Steve...terrible soil. When people talk about finding 8 inch quarter with the Land Ranger Pro it makes me want to cry lol. I have not tried the T2 classic but it is on my list of "maybes" for my next purchase...along with an Xterra 705.
Can't go wrong with the T2 classic
That is my hope Terry. Thanks for watching and the sub!
+1 on the t2. throw a Nel Sharpshooter coil on that sucker and you shall have the "perfect" combo of detector/coil
That is the plan PK! Have not decided on the Nel Sharpshooter or the Hunter.
Subscribed :) 500 subs coming up real fast... Interresting coil!
Thank you so much! It was a great little coil while I had it. Well worth the $40.
This or garret pro
I prefer this...unless you need waterproof.
Cheap machine, hmmm
