This was beautifully done! I just turned 40 (for real auntie over here lol) and this was so relatable in a lot of ways. I became a pro at pouring from an empty cup and had to take an extended break from everything. I’m glad you’ve made a habit of going off the grid when you need to. You have such a beautiful spirit which has and will continue to take you far 🖤 I never comment, but felt the need to confirm that your light shines so bright. Happy (very) belated birthday!
I absolutely how supportive your mom is . I’m so glad she was able to surprise you and have your friends and family show you some love. I know what it’s like to be in a slump and have your things in disarray (that’s me currently). Funny enough my birthday is Sunday and I’ve been saying I need to get my ish in order before then. This was definitely my reminder to keep that promise to myself.

I am an old lady and I can tell you that we all through when hitting milestone ages but you are just beginning to live baby! You have your head on straight and you are doing amazing! We take that week and regroup and move on!

My anxiety is through the roof but when my space and my home is clean my mind is also clean and clear, BUT BABBBBBY, when it’s a mess I’m a mess and get overwhelmed and just want to curl up like a baby !
