Actually, the silver cord is threefold. It is a seed atom located in the frontal sinus, then extends to the central vortex of the desire (a.k.a. astral) body, which is located in the liver and continues it extension to the etheric body seed atom located in the solar plexus. Tat this point, it forms a "breaking point known as the "sixes" that extends the etheric cord to the seed atom of the physical body located in the heart. You CANNOT return to the physical body if the cord is broken as the sixes. When in a ordinary sleep, part of the etheric body is lifted out of the physical body "hanging" or hovering over the lying body allowing it to be repaired or restored after intense activity during the day. Please note that the etheric "realm" is part of the physical realm because we breath the etheric substance that we call AIR. Refer to the Bible (Ecclesiastes 12.1-8). Again the Silver Cord is Threefold. There is a story book called Alice in the Worder land where Allice found herself in a strange land and she needed to return home and was guided to Kansas through the silver cord. The Silver cord connects the physical, the etheric, the astral and the mental bodies. When the cord is broken between the point and the solar plexus from the heart then You are dead. I have written a Rosicrucian lecture over 30 years back and its function and I will provide it for your perusal.

Yes it's true..I once had the experience of seeing another me on the side of my bed while asleep and with same clothes on..I saw it moving pass me . I have had dreams and was aware that I was dreaming in the dream. Once you become conscious in your dreams you are able to change things. I did this one time to remove my resume from the bottom to top and it didn't get long and I secured a job. I also elevate a lot in my dreams. I understand those who will doubt it because they have not experienced it. Spiritual encounters is an individual affair.I have also had experiences of going to places and it seems i have been there before and everything i experience is like a repeatition . It also refers to an extended synthesis of this thread and a second (the consciousness thread, passing from the soul to the physical body) that connects the physical body to the etheric body, onwards to the astral body and finally to the mental body.

So I had this experience I want to share. One day during meditation, about 5 times or 5 occasions I will come out of my body and will be looking at myself on the bed for about a few seconds and quickly get back inside, and whenever I get back into my body, there is always the strange warm sensation from my feet to my head until I stopped the meditation. Before meditation I laid supine on my bed like how we put people in coffins. Some spiritual person told me I was astral projecting but I am kind of afraid so my soul always quickly runs back into my body, so I should continue practicing. Mum can you help on this!?

It has to do with sibling relationships when cut creates discourse among them. The message came from a source I can't point to it to you. A source that has answered many questions Ihad with physical evidence. It will direct me to a place where I will find a physical evidence in a letter I read and will never see that again. A letter written 13yrs before I was born and all named dead and gone. You the first who has openly talked about although in a different way.
