Thank you for this, Jeremy! I love your style of presentation, it's calming and paced just right. I'm quite jealous of how close you can get to birds over there without having to stay completely hidden. Thank you for being honest about your mountain quail photos; glad you got to see them anyway!
Wow, what an amazing morning in the mountains! I love how many different experiences with different bird species you packed into one video. Great job as always!! 🙌
Watch this video from beginning to end... I am very excited. I am a keen bird photographer in Myanmar's Shan State... Shooting birds near Taunggyi City. This film encouraged me to continue taking bird photos
What a great experience! I've struggled to get photos of our local gambles quail. I have great trailcam videos of them but when I'm there in person they are always just out of sight or too far away for a good photo. I'll keep trying though. I know as I work and learn my chances will get better.
Quail all across the US are so tricky! Sounds like fun, I’ve never gotten to get Gambel’s Quail myself as we don’t have them but they are beautiful birds!
Another cool video, thanks. I have lots of California Quail at my house, but I've never seen a Mountain Quail. What is the camo on your Sigma 150-600mm?
Thanks for the encouragement! ☺️ it’s the Camo athletic tape from this video here: ua-cam.com/video/PeT9LW3UqrA/v-deo.html You can find it in the description
@@JeremyNeipp Oh cool, something that is relatively inexpensive. That’s good news for us poors. The prebuilt camo adhesive kits that I have found for the lens, seem ridiculously expensive, plus they seem like they would leave a sticky residue. I like your solution much better. Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.
Whenever I think of the US, the nature is not one of the main things that come to my mind. It tends to be the highly urbanised parts and the tech and wealth of some richer people that stands for the US (at least from my point of view). I really hope we could shift this and make it clear it’s much more than just people living the American way of life, but rather also seeing the awesome nature… the by far only reason, I would even consider travelling to this huge country 😅😍
I think your videos are great at what I just said^^ forgot to mention the compliment part. Great work I love how the bird flicks its head back. Looks funny idk. Great birb
Haha that’s interesting to hear your perspective! Yea the US definitely has its pros and cons, but undoubtably we have some beautiful scenes and nature here. Everything from forests, mountains, beaches, cliffs, deserts, snow, you name it! Most of America is much more empty than people think. Hope you’re able to see it someday ☺️
Man the sound design on your videos is amaaazing. And lovely camera work as always
Thanks so much man! It's definitely intentional so I appreciate the recognition :)
Very good video, well narrated, video, and edited.
Thank you! :)
Some stunning shots here man, really really nice and that mountain quail is so beautiful!!!
Thanks so much Andrew! :) yea that Mountain Quail is amazing... one day I'll get the shots I want of it!

Thanks so much for the compliment! ☺️ I try to keep it engaging but still let you sit into it. Glad you enjoyed
Stunning shots brother.
Thanks Kevin! Those Fox Sparrow images turned out great! I wasn’t happy with the Quail images completely, but, the best I’ve gotten yet haha
Awesome video Jeremy! Great shots, especially that Fox Sparrow with the breath in the photo! Incredible!
Thanks man!! Those were definitely my favorite shots too 😍😍
Great video Jeremy. Love your work

Collect it favorite food, find an area where its been sighted. Set up a style of perch it likes and set out food.
That's called "baiting" and no respectful nature photographer does it. The only exception would be garden birds that visit bird feeders.
@@GarthMurray1 if they are being fed their natural food I see no issue. Feeding them something not in their regular diet would be wrong.
Enjoyed the vid but I think the title could have been given a bit more thought (relevance).
nice Vid but u really wonder if u move like an elephant thru the forest...
