TIP: lay the "shiny" backing board in a large thin plastic tub before you pour your crystals over the template. That way, the crystals don't go flying all over the place and getting lost when you brush them, AND you can push the excess away from your template when picking up the transfer sheet, so you don't get static attracting loose crystals as witnessed at 9:43. It also makes it easy to collect them afterwards to put them back into the container. (Get a tub with a lid and you can also use it to store your kit and crystals! The lid itself might even be better to use as it will be thin enough to easily maneuver the brush and other tools over the lip.)

I know there are PDF patterns on the Internet that are shared and free. Could you please do a video of how you would take one of these and using the ScanNCut, transform it into a popup card? Just downloaded canvas and added the rhinestone option but the wizard isn't showing up like yours is. What am I doing wrong? Shall I call Brother support?
I am having difficulty with myDX 225. The first test cut went completely through the backing. I have it set on the half cut setting. Please advise on proper recommended settings. Thanks!
When I open my Canvas it does not show the wizard it shows rhinestone is activated but I get no wizard. I can however click on premium and see the wizard there but clicking it does nothing. HELP PLEASE
i got my cm350 I love it so I went get the rhinestone kit I was so happy to start and I open the box but did not seet the card to activare my kit and thur it awaythe box :( I think I thru it in the box know can't use it without the card so frusteded! plz help!!!!
I have the rhinestone software but I can only use it in the canvaswork space when I type in the website in the browser but the one (canvas) I have saved on my desktop I can’t access the rhinestone software can you help

When I activated the Brother Rhinestone Kit it did not put the two icons on the scanNcut canvis. No rhinestone wizard please help me.

Did you look through your packed materials? Mine was in with the sheets not loose in the box.
