Your character designs have admittedly always been a little strange, but this embraces them! Robo Marx looks great, and he hasn't really done anything yet!
Actually, his wings and arms are two separate things. It's probably hard to tell considering how the animation plays out...I could have (and probably should have) had him start with his arms on to make this clearer, but I've never drawn him without them before and I kinda wanted to show how he might put them on. ^^;
