It’s well known that eye witness testimony is not the most reliable evidence, but it can make a big impact on jurors

Courts understand the problematic and subjective nature of it.

Has any of that life visited Earth is a VERY different question and the answer is 99.99% no. There is simply no evidence. "Unidentified" just means unidentified. It doesn't mean that they are actually spacecraft. Heck, in the case of the F-14 videos, the "UFO" isn't even a real thing, it's literally internal reflections from the camera.

i want to know who has these types of capabilities. when i was in the navy, back in fall season 2004, we were doing flight ops somewhere around singapore and we saw these 3 lights doing circles around our f18 super hornets. i was on the LSO (landing signal officer) platform on the aft portside of the flight deck and it was dusk. later the cag (commander air group) came into our shop to confiscate the flight deck camera footage of this event from us. we never talked about it again because it was taboo.
