happy holidays to you all! also reloaded decks are based on older structure decks but but are updated with some different and some new cards to make the deck work better then the original the one that was opened in this video is MECHANIZED MADNESS which is the reloaded version of the old deck from 2010 called MACHINA MAYHEM

Legitimately good synergy between these structure decks. Lots of interaction instead of just sweeping the inferior deck.

Yeah JM Holdings has been doing better with these holiday boxes. I got a Digimon one and it was pretty good.

That second round with Larry is a strong reminder to read your cards.
Instead of setting Claw, he could have used it's effect, discarded it, and added Cyberdark Domain, which would have gotten him another Cyberdark from his deck.
Either adding Canon and discarding it to search out another Monster, while setting up the Grave, or just grabbing Keel/Edge/Horn and Summoning them, equipping Claw.

Reloaded Structure Decks are updated structure decks with newer, better cards, errata's and new censors if deemed necessary. Mechanized Madness is a reload of the Machina Mayhem deck that came out back in like '09 i think? The new Fire King deck is a Reload too. Its a Reload of the Fire King deck that came out back in like 2016.
There's also the Dinosaur one, which made the Type competitive.
I was under the impression “reloaded” structure decks were previous decks that were rereleased with updated cards specific for that deck. Cause the machina deck originally came out during 5d’s era but with fortress as the ultimate rare boss. Same thing happened with the dark world deck I think

Yep! God I was so hyped for it too, made me love the good old days back with my atrocious machine deck haha (it was 60 cards with the wxyzs, the reactors, and the machina cards and quite frankly horrible). Machina Fortress is still one of my favorite cards, as it was just such an easy 2500 atk beatstick that punished my opponents for dealing with it. Honestly love that new Citadel too, such a versatile card!
Shame I still can't bring myself to come back to yugioh though.
I'm pretty sure Machina is meant to be the Latin word for machine, like in the popular term "Deus ex machina", where the "ch" is said like a "k".

I did notice that Alec always does some shenanigans on the opening rolls lol
In the previous video I watched, he had he had his fingers on the board which his opponents dice hit, so he made him reroll (after it was a good roll). And in this one he had one of his die fall, but wanted to keep the die on the board (that had a good roll) rather than rerolling both. Pretty funny if its all in jest.

I do so enjoy watching these random deck/box/card/whatever duels. Seeing Paul's victims trying to play with whatever randomness he gives them is always so much fun.
Gotta love how Larry disses Pharaohs Servant then pulls a card that helps him stop Alec 😂
I'm officially a grumpy old geezer, but I find these deck synergies simply absurd. I mean, reusing your graveyard and searching your deck so often to use the same combos again and again to fill up your field every other turn is just so overpowered.
As much as I love Larry, I was rooting for Machinas to win the entire time, my favorite deck lost😭
Team APS, the term "Reloaded" is given to something that's an updated version of the original product. In this case, the deck Alec got is the revamped or "Reloaded" version of the structure deck, "Machina Mayhem."

I thought so too but then Larry called a hand with cyberdark claw a brick in game 2 and I was suddenly less sure
So, I just discovered these right before Xmas hit and bought 5 of them. I was really surprised at some of the stuff I got, especially lots of dark magician support and a ton of blue-eyes stuff, with some honorable mentions of Harpy Ladies. I really only wanted the I:P Waifu sleeves and got them on my second box. I got the Kaiba Reloaded deck, Saga Of Blue-Eyes deck, and a couple Blue-Eyes support cards in the packs, But nothing I was really disappointed with. Other honorable mentions Include the Slifer Deck, and the Mechanized Madness Structure Deck, as well as a 2nd "Saga of BLue-Eyes White Dragon" deck. The packs had some pretty solid old school support, like Swords of Revealing Light and Magical Circle, and a bunch of cards I remember starting out with back in Middle school for a nice hit of nostalgia. I'm in my 30's now, for some perspective. All in All, I'd probably buy more if I could find more, and for 30$, it's a pretty solid kit for the beginning duelist. I'm probably gonna look into some of the "monster box" sets just because. I, however, do not recommend the "power cube" kits, I got a bunch of useless, but pretty cards in italian/spanish, although there were only 2 packs of each, in each cube, I did feel like I got screwed out of some otherwise decent cards.
I bought one of these and would’ve been happy with a starter deck Kaiba, creamed when I actually pulled the Obelisk Structure deck instead. A true Christmas miracle!

I may be wrong but I think you missed some effects with machina fortress, when it's targeted you can randomly discard a card from opponents hand. And you always want fortress in graveyard to toss the machina monsters who's effects activate in the graveyard so you can special summon fortress from graveyard

I bought one of those holiday mystery boxes that had a "chance" of graded card. I got one and it was a Change of Heart 1st edition from metal raiders, it was truly a holiday muricle.
Its funny those two structure decks were the first structure decks I bought to play with my friends.
I bought this same box, pulled a Cyber Strike structure deck, Invasion of Chaos, Genesis Impact, Cybernetic Horizon, Tactical Masters, Power of the Elements and Miracle Fusion sleeves.

I had the machine madness as a kid. They added new cards to it. Citadel and stuff wasn't in the OG. That must be what the reloaded meant. Cool to see them do these things.

14:36 Alec cheated lmao he drew 2 with Iron Drain then special summoned Fortress as his 1 special summon for the turn. So, he literally was unable to summon Machina Sniper AND Citadel but did anyway (assumingly because I guess they both forgot) and therefore Larry wins by default. GGs. (Edit: Larry ended up winning anyway, but technically he won way before that lol)

at 14:30 I think it's a miss play since you're using the effect of the monster on your end turn you should not be able to special summon a monster since you were limited to 1 special summon and alreayd used it for the fortress
