So I went for a ride between Kathmandu and Janakpur to taste some, meet people and remind everyone that Nepal can be very sweet!

though I belong to kirat community I adore and respect much Newari people and their culture they are so much workaholic, they love and respect their jobs no matter big or small, some famous places like Bhaktapur, Lailitpur are alive because of them, wooden craft , painting, architecture are because of them Newari people they are so much talented and hard worker all they care is their job my heart felt respect to them, Malla regime, Lichivi regime are so called golden period of Nepal🙏

Good morning! I'm so happy I found your fabulous channel. I have subscribed and liked.
I am an older, avid solo traveler throughout Asia but have not yet been to Nepal. When I started watching some UA-cam videos last year about Nepal some people said don't come here if you can't tolerate spicy food as spicy food is very common.
I love tasting all kinds of new spices but I cannot tolerate chilies or foods with lots of pepper.How easy or difficult is is it to find street food and small restaurants serving foods that would not have this?
I also prefer not eating deep fried foods but I do like stir-fried foods. Will that make the foods for me limited? Of course I know about momos which I would love to try!
I was confused by this video when it was said that savory foods are not common in Nepal. I consider savory anything with spices salt even spicy food. I saw some apology by you about your translation so could you clarify if lots of savory foods are available that are not spicy? Thank you so much for your help!
