Billings Farm & Museum: Woodstock VT Family Outing

Recently we packed the kids up and drove to Billings Farm for a day out. Discover some of the rich Vermont history tied to this Dairy Farm, right across the street from a National Park. Learn about dairy production, the Jersey cows who make that possible and the story of the property starting back in 1871. The property is now owned and operated by a non profit institution: The Woodstock Foundation.
It's a fun and educational experience not to be missed if you're in New England. Quechee Gorge is just down the road too!
Farm and Home life sized exhibits, a theater with educational movie shorts, candle dipping and cow milking demonstrations - they'll keep you busy for a while!
