Thanks! I really like using eyelets. Gives you the ability to be creative with layouts without being stuck to a perf grid. Also there’s physically less material than a turret. Every eyelet becomes part of the circuit and while the difference may be minimal it is also cumulative. I just don’t like having excess conductive material in a build as I’m always after a silent running circuit. The tag board also is easy to use a chassis punch on if you want to mount a cap can on the other side and feed it through. Phenolic boards are tougher to cut and or put big holes through. So thanks for watching and good luck with your build! Hit me up if you need help.
@@FreshOldSchool Good points. I used turrets on my last build and it went fine, just always looking for a better way to do something and would think eyelets would be a good alternate. Not a fan of point to point or PCB.
Have you worked with turret boards before? I find them so much easier and nicer looking than tagboard, but I also love old Hiwatts and Sound City amps more than Fenders, so that night be why.
Super! Please advise length and inner diameter. Also please advise tag board material. Thank you 🙏
Nice job! Considering using eyelets on my next build.

Very nicely done.
Thank you! Cheers!
I loved this video. Thank you!
Nice work.
Awesome video! I was wondering how the eyelets went in :)
I gotta ask, what do you use for the fiberboard?
Here's the stuff I use: www.tubesandmore.com/products/fiberboard-vulcanized-3-x-15-062-thick
