- The success of wild Przewalski horses in the Gobi Desert is due in large part to the social structure of their herd.

*cutest prehistoric horses*
- ⴵ Well, they do resemble the original Equus.
Please make these longer guys.
Very happy that their numbers are up!
I never thought of it like this. It sure has changed my view on horses!
This makes me even more curious to watch the episode when it airs. And for the people saying "It's too short", this video is probably a preview for the episode. 😧
So precious.
I love the lady shes enthusiastic
So it’s true, the przewalski horses are featured in this Nature Program. A close resemblance to Equus. Especially, A link between the Horse & the Zebra. I’m adding this to my DVD collection. If only that 2 part program of the Kalahari was out on DVD again.
They look more like dun zebras than what I think of as a horse. I suppose it's for the same reason a wolf looks nothing like shih tzu, thousands of years of selective breeding.
These horses *_Just Beat It_*
Horses too me are the most better off species in the world. Even if you take them they always know there way in the wild. I LOVE HORSES!!!
I'm hoping to have one adopted for me :)
The first horses!
I saw these horses at the Bronx Zoo's monorail safari
Elisa Huberman I went to the Bronx Zoo recently on October 2019. But I never got a chance to try the Monorail Safari. I only half of the Animals I could witness at one of the Biggest City Zoos of America. Especially even in the world. I might return to the Bronx Zoo in maybe a couple years & see some of the other Animals I overlooked. Especially this Relative of Equus. Not to mention the link between the Zebra & the domesticated Horse.

Cuál es su proyecto? En Europa, lo estamos recuperando y reintroduciendo.
Beautiful video but very patronising. I would rather have more information on the endangered status of the species please 1. We know horses can survive just fine without humans. Horses that escape European colonisers in North America became wild again. 2. This horse species survival depends a lot more on habitat conservation and breeding programs than they do good old teamwork. 3. “ it turns out speed and power aren’t so important as the quality they share with us” yeah that is exactly why ancient people domesticated horses 9000 years ago, for quality relationships
Wellllll.....
1. Those horses are feral, not wild. Prezwalski’s Horse (the horse shown in the video) are the only wild horse in the world.
2. In a natural environment it would take teamwork, or (what they were most likely talking about) teamwork with people.
3. Turns out people thousands of years ago were more interested in surviving and making their lives easier than having a pet horse. They’re also used for meat soooooo
Hello, who is the woman working with them?
No Justin. Y here *sigh*
I dispise humanity
You're a human you know
They eat Yakutian horses in Siberia---very similar to these....
I'll fucking eat the human if I see that happening
They all depend from 13 of these mfs
Sorry but that was way to short.
"Why they still here, just to suffer"
