    Hi All! There were some concerns about Alex and Dayshawn’s door. That’s a code entry door so the little kids can’t get in their room. www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07R6LBS39?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

    My kids would be going to the laundry mat with me..Mommy isnt going to live forever. It's my job as a parent to not only teach them to be kind, compassionate and respectful people, but also how to take care of themselves.. cooking, cleaning doing laundry etc., so they know how to be responsible self sufficient young adults when they leave the nest.

    Hi Alicia! Socks are a pain! Have you tried mesh laundry bags for washing socks? It took some training, but my kids learned to put their dirty clothes in a basket and dirty socks in their own mesh bag. You just throw the bag in the washer and the dryer and they come out already sorted by child. You could certainly match socks in each bag, but I just dumped the bag of clean socks in their drawers and let them find their own matches.
    Just thought I'd give you something to think about to make sorting laundry easier! Fewer missing socks, too! And you can do the same with washing underwear.

  • @caribea6319
    @caribea6319 Рік тому +13

    Please don't think I'm telling you how to do things because we all know you have everything under control!❤ Which is, fascinating! You must have super powers!⚡ I'm sure that you already know they sell mesh laundry bags in different sizes, if each child had one they could deposit their socks into the mesh bag after use, and the entire bag can be thrown in the washing machine, eliminating the sorting of a million little socks. Just a suggestion to help save you some time❤❤❤ big love to all of you!😊

    I'm due in December and someone very nice gave us a giant bunch of baby clothes. I sorted them into age groups before I decided which to put away for later and to rewash sooner than later. I swear I was so sore from all of the bending and sorting. I can't imagine doing what you are doing every week. Especially with the smaller clothes. When I washed the batches of 9mo and under clothes I felt like I had to reach in a zillion times and grab more things to switch over.

    Hey beautiful mama, this is NOT a criticism and by no means I'm saying I know better than you. Just a suggestion to consider and see if it makes sense for you or not. Would it work if you sit on the couch at first, in the middle of the mountain of laundry? So you are on the couch and there is a smaller mount on either side of you. Then from there, visually, designate 14 spots on the floor. Grab an item of clothing, identify whose is it and toss it in its designated spot on the floor (without folding it). Continue till you have nothing left on the couch but you have 14 piles on the floor. Then sit on the floor and start folding. It may or may not speed it up and make your lovely life easier. Sending you lots and lots and lots of love ❤❤❤

    Please don't give your four year old Mountain Dew. As a former dental assistant, it is so bad for their teeth plus all the caffeine is not god at all. Why would you give a 4 year old caffeine??😮

      Mountain dew even in moderation is horrible for adults let alone a child. So no its not ok. And i can assure you nothing is givin to those kids in moderation.

    I have a washer & dryer here in Fl but when I went to NY this May, (Im from NY), I went to the Laundromat & it brought back good memories. When my mom was alive, we went together with my sister. We made it a tradition and then after, we would get Baked Ziti😊😋🍝💜🦋

      After years of going back and forth they’ve finally accepted the architectural plan for the hook up and granted us the Building Permit. Now we just wait to be next for construction of implementing the plans we’ve been staring at for years!! We’re so excited! Our days of 2 minutes showers are almost over lol.

    I have 2 kids and my laundry pile looks like that. I hate laundry. My kids had to dig to find cloths this morning. We went camping last week. I got all the stuff washed just not folded and put away. The only chore my kids hate is laundry. Maybe that is why it has piled up for a week. Tomorrow we are tackling the mountain of laundry.
