- The handbell musicians at Distinctly Bronze East 2020 in New Bern, North Carolina play the Toto hit "Africa," arranged for handbells by Carol Lynn Mizell and conducted by Stephanie Rhoades.
WOWWW, I'm gonna have to say that the handbell is the prettiest-sounding musical instrument that I know of, even better than its cousin the carillon bell! What a beautiful rendition of this song! More cowbell!
I wish to thank you for sharing this awesome music video with me . Amen
Too cool! Can’t wait for mid spring!😄
Wonderful!!!
Lovely
I freaked out when they didn't put on gloves!! Huge choir compared to ours (12).
Yeah, huh?! They might've given those bells covid!
As much as I love the bells and "Africa," it does not fair well on bells.
I read your comment before watching this… and I disagree. There are a few points where the melody was washed out, and perhaps it went a wee bit too long, since we didn’t have lyrics to interest us, but in general it was pretty good.
No way you would say that, I LLLLOOOOVVVVEEED it! You must have really boring taste.
And that this happened in 2020 without a bunch of those ugly masks is even more impressive! Or was this right during that wee little early bit of the year before the pandemic took us by storm?
Right before the emergencies were declared. Looking online, seems Feb 27 - March 1.
Oh, OK, @@NaviciaAbbot, thanks.
