- In Part 2, we port the cylinder head, set cam timing, install the clutch springs from the Hetrick Racing Kit, Install the new intake and carburetor from the kit, install the new exhaust from the kit, and install the new rear sprocket and chain from the kit. I wasn't able to figure out how the chain tensioner would work on this quad. It's a great upgrade, but I wish there was an aftermarket CDI box available to take more advantage of these upgrades. I still need to do a little fine tuning on the new carburetor. I'm waiting for some pilot jets to arrive. Hopefully we are able to get it all dialed in before race season.

I unhooked the single gray wire on my sons 2021 90x and it made a considerable improvement. It will now climb hills far better.
I'm probably going to try to do a blaster engine swap at some point. I've never had the issue of the axle sprocket on the wrong side to deal with, so I will have to figure that out when the time comes.
I see you have different rear wheels. if you can give me any information on rear wheel specs or what wheel to get. I cannot keep the rear wheels sealed to hold air for more than a day. Thanks
It’s a set of Honda wheels with some holeshot tires that we got with my sons 250r
Where did you get the head gasket and seals for this motor from?
Rocky Mountain ATV. They have stock parts available for most ATV’s and Dirt bikes, as well as aftermarket parts.
How much would you sell the stock carb for?
I’m keeping it with the quad. We will be selling the quad after this race season. I’m going to sell all of the stock parts with it. My daughter is moving up to youth class and will need a bigger quad.
Where did you get the rear sprocket
It came in the kit from Hetrick Racing. The kit was a bit pricey and has increased since I made the video. My friend, Dirt Squad ATV, is working on mods to go faster for less. His son races a DS90X too. Hopefully he will post up a video. I’m excited to see how fast he will make it.

Did the mods made difference?
She said that it’s easier going up the hills in the sand. I noticed she is riding a lot faster.
