My input, as a current Model Ci user for almost 2yrs: What I dislike or think could be improved: The horn is weak. It was on the Ci and sounds as weak on the Ci2 With all the tech, it would be neat if the red lights could be turn signals, I'm sure it's possible! The extra piece on the arms was mentioned in this video - I actually like the line and I'm disappointed to see it removed because I grab them to help get in/out of chair. What I like about this new model: The suspension in the back The hard plastic basket The harder plastic footrest since the soft foam on the Ci2 sheds/comes apart regularly and collects dirt easily The plastic arm covers being harder to remove - the Ci models come apart too easily so this is great to see the change The battery light removed - it didn't appear to serve a function in the first place The controls being on one side The control panel buttons being much easier to push - the Ci buttons are ridiculously difficult to press The seat/height adjustments - maybe they're on the older model but I never noticed until this video Just my 2 cents!
This is an awesome explanation of the whill ci2 wheelchair. The disassembly and reassemble part was clear with good video angle shot. I wish I saw this before I unpack and assemble my c2.
I would like information for flights. Carry case? Will airlines accept battery? Going to Italy in the fall, any special adapter for charging the battery?
it's nice to have a basket but imagine the battery was accessible from the front. You could run out of juice and swap the battery yourself without having to ask for help.
That looks cool except the demo is done by a guy who can walk. How does a paraplegic take it apart and put it in the trunk and vice versa? Do the wheels ger clogged with dirt or mud?
I would purchase it in a heartbeat but the disassembly makes it a nightmare for air travel. They need to come up with a way for it to collapse as 1 unit without all the broken up parts.

Great overview! And even greater people at Sherman Oaks Medical!

Is the seat base still adjustable to slide forward for when you are sitting in the chair at a restaurant table or at a desk?

Is swapping out the battery difficult? How many pieces does this break down into. Is there an approx weight for each?
Can this go on the sand? Can I take it to the beach?
Nice demo! Thank you!
Does this work in sand like water and sand beach😊
Does the basket come as a standard feature on the wheelchair or do you order it as an extra?
do you have the atto sport max in stock?
they finally improved the controller on this thing. im hemiplegic, having it split on both sides of the chair doesn't work for me

I kind of agree
