Love your videos. I always go back to pixels no matter what phone i try.
Thank you brother. I'm the same. Pixel is always home.
My Pixel 8 Pro has been great since day 1 as well. No real issues to speak of. I also use the Pixel Watch 2, Pixel Buds Pro and Pixel tablet and it all has been a great experience. Great video as usual!
Yep same experience. And great combo I use the same combo but I don't use my Pixel Buds Pro anymore I'm using the OnePlus buds Pro 2 now. But I do appreciate you watching
It gets warmer even at basic usage 😅
Great video as always!
Thanks. Much appreciated
Great video, enjoy your perspective on the Pixels.
Thanks man much appreciated
Great video as usual. And my P8P has been perfect since day one. No scratches on my camera bar because of my Ringke onyx case (which Eye put on every new phone).
Would love for them to go matte with the siding and camera bar and would love a physical fingerprint sensor on the back or in the power button and would love for them to bring back swipe down for notifications if they brought that physical sensor back. Would also love a smaller pro. Won't be upgrading again til the 10.
💯🕶️💜
Thanks for watching and yes I agree with all of that it would be great if they bought some of those features back or add new ones.
A very honestly review after 6months! 👍👏
It's a pleasure everyday and works really fluid, like Butter... 😉
Also the OLED-Screen and speakers are still great. 💪
Thanks man. I love the OS so much runs like butter
I love my 8 Pro, much better than my 7 Pro. I also use the Galaxy S24 Plus, but I seem to go back to my Pixel 8 Pro. I need to really start learning and using the camera's pro features. Great video, thanks!
Thanks man. And yes I always go back to Pixel especially for photography
Great video mate. Greetings from Australia. What’s that Digital Clock widget you have on the home screen?
Thanks man. And the link in my bio and my video description. It's from the icon pack I'm using
Currently using a pixel 6 along side an iphone 14promax. Lately ive been gravitating towards using the iphone more cause it just feels snappier and the battery easily lasts the whole day. The 6 is starting to show its age but I still love using it cause it is compact and easier to use one handed. I am tempted to upgrade to the 8 or 8a but id probably wait for the 9 series to be released before making the decision.
Yeah I would totally wait for the 9 series. I wish I kept my Pixel 6 I wanted to see how it would hold up.
8 pro user and a happy one, good vibes sir
Awesome it's suck a enjoyable device
Love mine.
Same
I have a launch day phone and 6 months has gone fast bro. 6 months later phone is still at 100% battery health which is a plus
Yep same for mine. Got it on launch date and battery health is still 100%
@@DalevonDigital That's good. What tool do you use to measure your battery health ? I have been using an app called aBattery .
Accubattery.
Great video
Thank you. Appreciate you watching
Thanks bro I'm going to buy
No problem and enjoy brother
I daily drive the Pixel 8 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The iPhone def performs better as the Pixel sometimes get sluggish due to the modem/heat. I do prefer the Pixel for the large majority of eveyrhting.
In my experience, I haven't had any heat, sluggish or modem issues on my Pixel 8 Pro. Everything's been pretty solid. And my iPhone 15 Pro has been solid as well. I mean in the beginning I was one of the ones that had overheating issues but of course Apple fixed it in an update. Ever since that it's been awesome.
Same here, having just gone through summer in Australia, I can say it certainly heats up pretty quickly, especially trying to do anything data intensive.
Also standby battery life is bad. But worst of all my phone has call issues where no one can hear me, just done a Google RMA and I've bought a Xiaomi 14.
I've also realised despite my best efforts, I just can't get used to such a huge and heavy device. The cameras take some stunning shots, but more often then not if you look close, they are still over sharpened. I didn't try raw though, which will probably help get more realistic images
I'm having a hard time deciding whether to keep the p8p or the i15promax, honestly.
I like the iPhone, for its system and accompanied by the Apple Watch Ultra, but adding both. It's more money.
On the other hand, the p8p is much cheaper and I also like it, although I have been on iOS for a long time and that makes it difficult for me to decide why. I'm going to do the easy thing., But with both I do the same, but I don't know... it's all very crazy xD
Such a hard choice. I do have an iPhone 15 Pro I barely use it. I mostly use my P8P with my Apple ecosystem of products. I'm just not a big fan of iOS but I think iPhones are awesome
@@DalevonDigital If one likes both, it's a problem xd Your channel brings a lot of value to p8p, there is no doubt about it.And being from Spain, the Google keyboard with one click I can use the translator and it translates all the text for me, it is a delight. For the price I will try to keep the pixel 😁Thank you
I use both an iPhone and a Pixel. It doesn't have to be too expensive. For instance, if you desire to use both platforms, you can get a current Pixel, and just use a cheaper, older iPhone. Use the iPhone on wifi or hotspot, and you can still get the iMessage and FaceTime and still use the phone on general. Just a thought.
@@jaywright9635 I have friends who can have 2 cell phones, in my conscience I can't, I'm sorry.
Is it an app issue or pixel? Considering those same apps run flawless on samsung phones. I would love your input.
I haven't had issues with the Pixel. Sometimes it's really an app issue because it happens on my Pixel and S24U
Please tell me what kind of usage you have that your battery can last up to 2 days. I don't have that.
Spending less time on my phone is how I get two days out of it. I'm not dependent on my phone much like most people.
Have you tried the Pixel APK on your s24u? Got a P8P and the stuttering on it is driving me insane and main reason I cant fully switch over from my 15 Pro Max. P8P is the best for capturing photos of my children in their activities and cant trust the samsung camera to not be a blurry mess
Your iPhone 15 pro max never stutters ?? I mean never ever ? When you play games or 3rd party apps or opening/closing apps , it has 0 stutters ???
@@amitkathe25no, not scrolling around the settings menu or the google now page like my pixel does. I know not every pixel does it but mine seems to and guess that rubbed you the wrong way that my other phone does not 😂
In the activities and taking photos of your children section, the iPhone is usually better for taking quick photos, I was surprised that you said that with the p8p they are better.
I haven't tried it on my S24U and don't plan too. I did try it on my S23U and I hate a hard time getting everything to work right so I gave up on it. And I agree the Pixel handles photos of children and moving subjects with ease. It's one of the reasons I love the camera so much.
Samsung definitely needs to work on that.
In this instance, I made the decision to select the smaller variant, the Pixel 8, which proved to be an excellent choice. However, it is important to note that the Tensor G3's battery efficiency still requires further refinement.
Tensors improves every year. I think we will start to see the fruit of it after 2025 or maybe even 2026. They just need time. But refining will always be a never ending battle especially when new hardware and software is introduced

Pro Pixel UI is the best hands down. It's the only UI on android that will appeal to the most people. Pixel 8 pro has been a really good smooth experience for me. I can't wait for Pixel 9 series.
I agree it’s been my favorite and easy to recommend
I had a question for you bro do you think the pixel buds pro are better or galaxy buds 2 pro
I like the overall sound of the Pixel buds Pro. I like the fit and ANC of the Galaxy buds pro 2..
What about the pixel watch is that better than Samsung watch because I'm trying to switch to Google's ecosystem but many reviewers are saying that Google watchs and earbuds aren't flagship tier
I love my Pixel Watch it's small tho. But I personally like the Pixel Watch better because the UI and software is better/faster.
I think the Galaxy watch has beat the Pixel Watch out in size, battery, and features.
That's my personal take on it. But this year we are getting a bigger model of the Pixel Watch 3
I have both and hands down to me, the Pixel buds fit and sound better.
Love the pixel phone . only if they didn't burn my hands while using them it would be even better:)
So unfortunate bro
You make it difficult to not upgrade from the Pixel 7 Pro... nice update!
Lol thanks bro. Its such a great device.
@@DalevonDigital I'm going to try my best to wait for the Pixel 9 Pro.... 😂
I seriously recommend you wait or at least try your best to hold out.
@DalevonDigital Will try my best 🤣
🤣🤣
I am saving up to buy a pixel 8 pro! (I have no money)
One day you will get one. Keep saving.
power using my pixel 8 pro I got the battery too last 2 days
That’s beast
@@DalevonDigital I learned from earlier pixel devices how too get good charge from the software etc
@michaelnadin what you mean good charge?
@@DalevonDigital basically yes ool
Oh okay It’s been fine for me no complaints
You need to pick up the OnePlus 12
I have the OnePlus Open right now and I don't like their software
@@DalevonDigital ok
