Great video. Can I track my customer referrals with the Travel Joy CRM?
Automatically I don’t believe so you would have to make a note in their profile manually. I use my website backend system that they have for referrals. (Wix)
I guess I should try this one 🤔 I'm not sure that it'll be better than Flowlu, which I currently use for my CRM, project management, and finances, but it's definitely worth trying. I'm wondering if it has some project management tools inside and how easy it is to communicate with customers because Flowlu covers these essential needs perfectly.
If you have one that you love already there is really no need to change. This is just the CRM I use. I believe they have a UA-cam channel if you want to get an idea of the system.

Thanks for this. Is Travel Joy the CRM that's offered by Outside Agents or is that something that's unique to each agent to procure a CRM?
OA does have a CRM it’s TESS. I use traveljoy which is something you would have to pay for on your own if you choose. TESS is included in the monthly dues so it’s not necessary to pay for traveljoy it’s just my preference.

Yes, however I prefer one that is user friendly and with the times. That’s why I choose to pay for TravelJoy!
