Very Very well explanation by you sir ji good practical examples
All videos are excellent. Is it good slight over correction of ADD power in progressive?
Very informative and useful. I am to get my progressive next week.
Let’s make it simple..!!!
great work, keep going up 👍👍👍
Thank you
Good information
Thanks
Wow it’s really help me a lot ,, thanks a lot , could you explain me this trouble also ,, when customers look at the image like phone or book they see some angle not actually image ,, thanks
Will the unwanted cylinder in belended zone increase with the increase in cylinders in distance or it will be the same as plano /add lenses design
Very well explained sir 👍

Sir small doubt if thd patient is using shell frame how can we adjust the nose pads area ... Means need to do frame up or down based on the patient complain on these conditions
Can we do pantoscopic tilt or temple adjustment for better results..?
PD can be corrected by wrap angle??
very informative talk.
Please give me some idea to how to calculate the corrider size prior to order the lenses ...
When you calculate the corridor size simply measure from pupilary center marking to the lower rim
Now ideally I would say go for short corridor that is 16 mm that has lesser problem because as you take ultra short like 14 then the peripheral aberrations ar more
As u said this corrider size as 16 mm is suitable for all design ?..thank u so much for ur reply sir
Mostly but it would change in some cases like depending on B size for frame but till now in my practice I found 16 as the most suitable
What if CX selected shell frame without nose pad??
Bro...pls do one vedio for complete refraction for the patient...
Yeah would surely do
can we change faceform to correct pd? how does face form affect the vision of our patient in progressive lenses
By changing face form it will it will result in tilt induced power and it won't help much in case where pd is more in or out
This is good clap
If someone following curve object in near vision then what would be the possible cause?
Please recheck you PD and centeration
👍👍
🙂
one problem I have faced that my patient's PGP was -5.57/-2.00 *20(6/9) & -5.57/-2.00*180 (6/6p).New RX : -7.0/-1.75*05(6/6) &-7.00/-1.25*180(6/6) add.+1.25DS(N6), 1st time user. Now patient used to up his chin to see distance, intermediate & near as well. What is the problem ? Did I overcorrected?or his fiitting height is too small? remedy plz?
I would recommend check the centeration first also check the refraction once just to rule out overcorrection as I see old prescription was 5.75-2 and patient was 6/6p so how come almost 1.25 D change
The idea of troubleshooting is recheck all your step in a sequence n see where is it wrong and correct that part
Hope it helps
