Such a good question!
Yes! Very good question. This is the most challenging part of management. We have clear guidelines and notes on their tone of voice - as our team conducts engagement they will also be able to provide feedback to the way we engage (make sure you keep notes on all of it) when it comes to DMs we use scripts that clients approve up front

It is not! If you do want to offer it , this would be something to charge extra for outside of your social media scope of work

Do you write the captions and design images/videos for your $5,000 clients? Or do they provide the content for you to optimize?
Yes, it includes copy, editing video as needed, graphic design, but we don’t go on site. We will guide them with content to capture as needed.
Did you mean you send your clients clients gifts or just your client?
We send our clients a welcome gift! As well as holiday gifting
