    This was SO helpful - thank you! I have NO IDEA where my instructions are for this, and I just could not get the larger unit to work - now I know how to line it up! This might just come off the shelf now ;) Hope it works on making snow-ice since it is so hot this summer. Thanks again!

    Are you having problems cleaning the area on the cover where the motor fits? Where the white pin and spring is on mine is getting really dirty. I can’t get at it to clean it.

      yeah there is always some food in this area that just stays there.

      @@JustADad we use ours all the time and the more we use it the dirtier that are is getting, it’s definitely a design flaw. Would be nice to have access to that area for cleaning. But thanks foe the answer and your video was helpful.

      @@marsche9571 I threw mine away and bought a NUTRIBULLET at Walmart and it is awesome, it was $30 and as good or better than this one. The only mess I have with my new one is cleaning the cup, it’s hard to explain but zero problems cleaning it. I got tired of trying to clean that area your here for and gave up. It was even forming mold on mine…

      I use a bristle brush, but it can be hard to wash I agree.

      @@JustADad I just recently have had some luck using my Waterpik water flosser...haha...it's like a tiny powerwasher and helps to dislodge some of the gunk!
