    Awesome video. ....have been in physio for 6 months so far....having ultrasound. ...Laser and cupping treatment for rotator cuff tendonitis pain.....not improving .

    ok so sports that put stress on the shoulder strengthen the shoulder and make it less prone to injuries, but at the same time greatly increases stress on the tendons in the first place, which causes injuries.
    seems like from a strict shoulder health point of view, you should just avoid such sports all together. weak shoulders, but barely any risk of putting harm on them.
