Just came across this video, and wow what disdain in the comments for someone sharing content. As for racing in on the street, an industrial park on a Sunday afternoon presents the smallest amount of pedestrians and other drivers on the road coming into contact with racers. And as for the street criminal comment, , , let him who has never committed a moving violation, write the first ticket!

I agree...but the elite powers that be are buying up the tracks and turning them into developments (mainly housing). That being said, this race being in what looks like an industrial part of town, gives me an idea that people could buy commercial properties and have tracks built there. Or, if possible, if there are streets in industrial parts of towns, the local officials can grant those to organizations to close them to traffic and turn them into tracks (permanently or temporarily). The city of L.A. had success down at one of the ports in the 80s by allowing street racing organizers to turn parts of it into a track
