Awesome video, I can't relate for pro karting experience but I can relate from my mario karting experience with my brother -- decisions made in anger or frustration tend to drop you back in a race. Hard to remember while driving, but these types of videos reinforce the mindset. Thanks for the tips Ryan
Great vid Ryan, great to watch your progression after much success continuing to learn more and more 👍that 3 wide at the second hairpin was pretty wild lol
Okay. I think nearly every kart driver had such a race at least once. And my first thought about this whole story is: Ryan, you have definitely picked up a huge experience from this only race. You can spend 5 races and dismiss something but such cases like this become a point to analyse from A to Z. Go on, stronger then before!
Good review on the race. My opinion you and 305 checked out but when you two started to battle it out you brought the packed together. From there on out it was a straight fistfight. Probably got nervous from the Prefinal when he was able to control the race so you felt like you had to lead but really you had to pace to hang. Keep up the content.
I 100% agree with you on the new curbing for Homestead, it puts you in a weird position so that if you want to send the kart into a corner you have the risk for breaking/bending something on the kart.
Damn that was an incredible start! I'm kinda known out here for my starter abilities, but never have I ever made a start as clutch as this! Not all bad race then, hah.
Thanks for sharing even the “bad ones” man. Great vid and analysis. I always learn something from them. Are you racing the next two rounds as well (double header)? I’ll race in the KA Master, hope I can see you there.
Respect for also showing that it cant always go 100% instead of only the winning races. Very fair
