Porsche 964 evaporator issue - white flakes/dust/particles - part 2

This video shows the coating jumping off from the evaporator.
Not my video but I am having exactly the same issues with my 964. The evaporator of the airco has been replaced 2y ago with a Hella/Behr unit. Since then only 2000km has been driven with the car and I'm having this issue. According to a statement by Hella in 2005 this may be caused by a peeling away of the evaporator surface coating or aluminum oxide. The evaporator should be changed.
