Beautiful home. May I make a suggestion? Keep the fire away from the house. Definitely NOT on a wooden porch! One ember poops, or a wind picks up and the house will burn to the ground. Fire pits in a stoned or gravel section of the yard are some of the best summer family times I’ve had. Great idea, very poor placement. Love the swing idea in the nook of the loft!
This is incredible home~!! There is a urinal in 1at floor bathroom. Nice touch. I think the Masters bedroom should have its own private bathroom instead of sharing it with the other room. Great home! 😉
With all the airspace over the living room you can put a couple more bedrooms in you want the Gable to go clear with a porch with an overhang and we need a two car garage and you can have a 2-bedroom loft apartment in the top of the garage
Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Ich würde ein paar kleine Änderungen machen, wie zum Beispiel: den Kamin von außen auch öffnen, dann braucht man die Feuerstelle nicht. Dann würde ich den Kühlschrank ganz nach rechts stellen, dafür kein Fenster an dieser Stelle, das Fenster würde ich über die Spüle machen und bis zum Kühlschrank Schränke dann hat man auch mehr Stauraum. Außerdem würde ich unten nur eine Dusche und keine Badewanne machen. Ich fände es auch gut, wenn oben auch ein Urinal wäre.

The trouble with this House's you want the Gable to go over the porches with plenty of overhang and you should attach one of the gables over to a garage they would have a two-bedroom Loft in the top of the garage
what an impressive looking house. Then there's the inside. The entrance is meh. the interior focuses on decoration as opposed to design. I love the outside and the impression it makes, but the issues start with that puny entrance. Grand looking house, but proof that looks aren't everything.
What happens to the water that goes between the glass and the tub in the shower . lots of wasted space on this one . Beautiful but not practical. Who wants to wash dishes staring at the wall?there should at least be a small window.Not as nice as the others I've seen.

Never saw a sink in a kitchen without a window. Definitely a head scratcher. And good to notice the space between the tub and the glass divider. That is a design flaw.

Some really poor uses of space here. The laundry room is too big, and that vanity in there needs to go. Integrate a small sink into the countertop to the left of the W/D. Make the room a little smaller. Upstairs in the BR with the TV, get rid of the built-in wardrobe and connect the bedroom with the closet, and eliminate the hall door in the closet. In fact, there might be room for a 3/4 bath, or at least a half bath along with closet space. Downstairs bedroom, lose the built-in, use the narrow space where the desk is for a walk-in closet. There's already an office with room for another desk. Really, ALL of that loft space upstairs is pretty much useless. Integrate it into the bedrooms for way more space where it's going to be used. You could get rid of all those stupid built-ins (not a fan) and each bedroom could have an ensuite and walk-in closet.
Currently, I am solely focusing on the design aspect. If you want to know the exact cost of constructing a house like this, you can refer to some local construction companies in your area!!!
The CGI just doesn’t cut it for me. I watched two videos from this company on houses and gotten bored before the end so I’m not so sure whether or not they do actually show a floor plan. They’re too busy showing off their CGI and their dinnerware and stuff on desks and random bits of stuff that no matter.
Are there plans available for this home or is this just a rendering? Im not familiar with these videos. Wasnt sure if this was promo for a modular home or something .

A bright, airy plan. It could easily become 4 bedrooms and 3 baths in the existing space.

From a design point, having to face the towel bar over the urinal is not good if you are over four feet tall...

This is a nice house but why is it listed as a small home? A small house at max should be 700sq ft.
