I agree with Australian Gold. Leaves the skin matte and almost doubles as makeup because it has a smoothing effect. Seems Naked Sundays have a similar texture.
This one is my favorite. I'm a super pale ginger, this doesn't make me look yellow or orange, or too dewy. I don't actually feel it on my skin. Just a little concealer and I'm good to go, but makeup also goes over it beautifully. And it doesn't burn or break me out, which is rare.
My dry skin appreciates your research, hard work, and knowledge sharing on these products. "No pilling, and smoothing under makeup" could be worth an investment for the right sunscreen to add to your arsenal for special occasions. Especially if it was long wearing, and i could skip moisturizing step or primer step! Great series, and thank you for sharing your expertise to help on the quest!!💥💥💥 plus, it's fun 😁!
I just had to mention that this is a good show of you being pale. I'm super pale too and always feel like with the studio lights in videos no one really looks pale ever (even those who are in real life) so it can be a bit tough to judge for foundations and such, but now I know I'm around your skin tone (maybe a touch lighter).
this brand’s sunscreens are on my radar, because i’ve heard great things about it from nikki la rose and others i trust, and i definitely want to give them a try. 🌼🌼🌼
This doesn’t work for me during the winter, but in the summer here in the humid south it works really well, especially if I put my moisturizer on underneath.
I couldn't stand that Jen. It looked heavy and I don't think I could stand that feeling. I don't have a light skin tone either. Thank you so much Jen. This is a wonderful series.
It’s probably thicker because it has a high zinc oxide content. The thin cosmetically elegant formulas are often at like 12% or less and aren’t proven to have broad spectrum protection at those levels.
No. They are proven. They are tested. I worked at a lab where we tested sunscreens. They are regulated. If they are not broadspectrum that cannot go on their label.
Everyone is different and has different skin types and are different ages so it's not really fair to discount my opinion when it's just as valid as theirs is. 🤷🏼
As someone who only uses mineral sunscreen and is also on a quest to find the perfect one, I love and appreciate this series!
If you have combination or oily skin, I love Australian Gold. I use it instead of foundation!

Me too!!!
This for me is like 8/10 because I can wear it for days in a row and it does not dry or dehydrate my skin.
Same!

I love and appreciate this series so much! I’m sunscreen-obsessed so not only do I enjoy your reviews, you’re saving me a ton of money!! 😂❤

Yes this is natural lighting! 🥰
Love this sunscreen! It is also Australian so you know you will be protected!
I have combo skin and i really like the coola tinted sunscreen and the Australian gold tinted one. Both are mineral sunscreens
That looks so heavy!!! Loving this sunscreen series!!!
could you do the bubble untinted sunscreen? thanks!

Good luck on your search for the elusive perfect mineral sunscreen! 🙈 May you be the exception to the rule and find one that actually delivers 🥴
I have already found some 10/10
Great series🩷
Fair enough rated, relieved it wasn’t a face glue at the end and the effect overcame the icks from the starting feeling. Looking good, Jen 🌸
I really enjoy this one too, but I LOVE the Cabana Créme and Cabana Clear sunscreens from this brand! They are both chemical sunscreens though.😊

Will you be doing any recs on the Ulta sale coming up? Lot of brands I've never heard of in pics but products I need (thanks to you;)
Jen- can you try out the viral product - Perbelle pls?
Did you try the drmtlgy one?
Yes and it feels nice but it's not mineral. It's a blend of mineral and chemical sunscreen so it breaks me out.
Noooooo mine came in the mail today 😢now I don’t feel like trying it
I use this and it’s a good spf 50 sunscreen.
Hey Jen! Does it have a fragrance? Love this series!
Great question! Also would love to know the price
It's $34 and no fragrance. It's linked on the screen if you would like to see the ingredient list. 😊
Where is the tank top from?
It's from Cupshe! 🥰

I didn’t like it too heavy
Appreciate, but know all are gonna cost an arm & leg. I feel between Abbey Yung, and Angie these products have been well explored love. ✌️
