I'm from South Africa. Thanx for the shout out. My recipe is this. I made Ice tea with 2L of strained out HoneyBush, Buchu, and Rooibos Tea. Buchu tea is the main ingredient. It's also a native South African export. I don't add sugar. Its refreshing yet has a strong taste. It has a deep flavourful experience. You can even add a bit of gin for zest.
Ordinarily, I would not be interested in Rooibos Espresso. Thanks Clementine, you had me watching yet again, another episode of Coffee Collaboration. I'm looking forward to your next one.
I draw so much wisdom from your channel! I don’t drink coffee, but I love drinking crio bru, dandy blend, and herbal teas. I am SO ready to buy my first espresso machine! Thank you for reviewing this product! Do you know of any other non-coffee espresso options? I would love to see Seattle Coffee Gear grind Crio Bru (roasted cacao beans that are roughly ground) down to a finer espresso-ready grit and pull a shot with that!!
So RedEspresso also sell a special restricted basket for the portafilter which is why they say no need to tamp. In addition, if you dont have a RedEspresso basket you can use preinfusion to do the bulk of the flavour extraction, but obviously there will be considerably less crema. If you want the basket do a search for "RCP filter basket"
@@huathebard I was gonna say tisane! Honestly, it's easier to just say tea for general purposes. If I'm talking to someone who is also a tea fanatic, including the process of how they're made and steeped, then I get more technical :P But otherwise not many people care enough, which I think is fine since we all have our own interests.
Love the "helping hand" feature. The only thing that was missing. Lol! Question: does this tea have to be brewed in an espresso machine? Or is it just recommended for maximum extraction of flavor? I've been a tea drinker for many years but have never used my espresso machine porta filter for brewing.
Red Espresso can be brewed just like you brew your coffee - wether it's with a drip coffee maker, aero press, French press, Moka, etc. You can also get Red Espresso Nespresso compatible capsules, or a instant Red Capuccino Mix
I don't care what u say that's funny there, love it one dork to another A, if i were there I'd so give u a gold star on your forehead A+ though good show

I've never heard of Buchu before. I love Honeybush. I use to mix it with broken up cinnamon sticks.
@@kineticnoetic Buchu is slightly medicinal but arrestingly calming and exhilarating at the same time, in my opinion.
Got the info I was looking, and laughed the entire way through. GREAT VIDEO! GREAT HOST!
A wild ride indeed!
Holy *crema* I believe those two are twins, what do you think?
"Would I recommend it? pfffft definitively!" That was gold :)
Great video! I'm looking forward to these each week.

This was adorable
Enjoyed the ASMR at the end.
Plot twist: Gail is behind the counter
Gail, were you doing mean things like holding lit Zippo lighters at her feet?

Something from my Country! Thank you.

That assistant hand 😂😂
It's actually not even a tea, either.
This is a very difficult question... but the end of the day, we could use the word 'tea'.
It's not a true tea from the camellia sinensis plant. It's an herbal tea.
@@kevinmonceaux2101 Ah, so it's not tea, it's tea. Glad we got that cleared up.
@@KelsomaticPDX The word "tisane" is the proper word for a tea not made from camellia sinensis. Unfortunately not used in common parlance anymore.

You can brew rooibos regularly. Around 212°F for about 5 to 7 minutes.
Or longer. Rooibos doesn't get bitter. There's no danger of over-steeping it. I usually steep mine for around ten minutes.

Clementine I just have one question, is it a coffee or a tea?
pretty sure said rooibos is definitely a coffee
It’s tea
“It’s an interesting thing...”
Rooibos is bark. You are interesting.
Rooibos is a bush. I think you're thinking about Lapacho from South America. it has a similar red color.
1:52 a wild hand appears
clementine, we miss you! (except at the end when you had done anything with your hair. )
Thank you it looks delicious
Yeah boii

Meh, if I want tea it's Long island iced tea! :)
I kind of try to avoid reading the comments with these videos... So much thirst. Makes me uncomfortable.
