That’s an excellent idea with the spray bottle 👍 warmest congratulations on your daughter’s achievement, she did so well! I bet she had a nice long shower when you all got home to get the mud off 😂😂 I wonder if Fairy would have liked to join in the racing? 😂😂
Hi Lucie, congrats! to your daughter on her obstacle run. Well done!! Excellent work keeping Fairy cool. I am STUNNED that other dog "owners" weren't keeping their pooches hydrated. I NEVER took my guy on a walk/ sit ANYWHERE, without ensuring that I had water for him & me, or that water was available for him. Three other methods to keep dogs cool: 1) Use the method recommended for airline kennel travel - freeze a bucket of drinking water for your dog, and, as it melts, they will get nice and cold water. 2) Get a necktie or vest of the material that absorbs water inside the tie/ vest (I think that it's silicone or something, though you might be able to find "crystals" made out of seaweed - they are excellent for use in containers in the garden, and for something like a necktie. Soak the tie or vest, and the crystals will absorb the water, tie it around the neck/ put on the vest, when it is fully wetted. As the water evaporates, it cools the body down. Good to put under the armpits/ back or sides of neck, for even warmer days. 3) Get those battery-operated misting fans, that produce both the cooling mist, and a breeze. Again, good for us, too. Cheers, Lucie, Fairy & all of your loved ones. Best wishes, and (it will be belated when you get it) Happy Mother's Day!
You girls make the most of your leisure time! Hope you recover soon.❤ In summer and at very sunny days , Tita wears a lycra swimsuit that protects her thin skin - Spain is boiling hot - kissessss
Thanks for another enjoyable video. Like you, we’re very careful taking our grey out when it’s very sunny. I’m disappointed other dog owners didn’t have water for their dogs. Ours doesn’t like the beach when the sand is hot as it hurts his pads. Looking forward to the next video.
Hi there fairy Oh I'm so sorry to hear about your knee If this makes you feel any better, I have had 3 arthroscopies, 2 knee debraidments, 1 surgery 2 To remove a bone chip piercing on my nerve Twice A week for the past 12 years for PT. Anyway I love your channel And of course I love fairy
20 degrees and Neptune gets his coat on ,especially if it’s cloudy / windy Neptune has chicken ice blocks and beef broth ice cubes from a thermos when it’s above 30 Very happy to see fairy out and about
We got our Shih Tsu from Canada (long story!) - hates the heat so we have to be careful too! 👍

What a great time and soo nice to see Fairy so well atteneded to, she's loving her life clearly!
Fairy seemed to approve of this outing, with plenty to look at and at least some hope of squirrels!
Princess Fairy
So glad Fairy enjoyed herself. You must have been so proud of your daughters accomplishment.
Fairy does so well in crowds; you have done a great job socializing and acclimating her!!
I love Fairy.......She is so lovely !🧚🧚♀💖💖
I used to put an ice pack every so often on the back of my dogs neck to help cool her down, works very well, & works very well for we humans too. :)
