Thanks for your suggestion, we will figure it out that can we make the Nintendo Switch SNES Controller to be compatibility. If we have any new, will let you know
brook. just came across your product and I'm amazed this thing even exist. so if i was to buy an arcade stick that has turbo functions do you know if that feature will work
Great vid! I recently picked up their Wingman XB, and I use that thing every time I'm on an Xbox console (Original, 360, and X/S). Their PS2toPS3/4 is awesome too for back compat and older sticks.
I came across this video via Brook’s FB post. Excellent video, informative and very well done. I like how you really took the time to review this thoroughly. Love the candy cabs and I’ll check out your other videos! I’m a huge fan of their converters, especially the retro series and bought their first one for the neo geo a few years back, since picking up their PS1/2, DC, and MD/PCE adapters. Support is good and lots of firmware updates add features often based on community feedback which is amazing. I defiantly would like both of these new Wingman adapters, I believe the new SS/DC one lets you copy VMU saves to your PC. With the new SNES/NES adapter how have you found the controller port connectors, do they fit nicely or are they too tight? I head from another video that they were too tight but that was a pre-release version. This is always a concern with third-party controllers but to be fair all the other Brook ones I have are excellent.
Thanks man, I appreciate the compliment. I found the controller port for the SNES a bit snug, but not concerningly so. I didn't feel like it was damaging the controller port in any way. I dont have any brand new SNES controllers to compare it too, but I imagine it would be similar to a band new controller that would wear down a bit over time. I had no real issues plugging the Adapter in or pulling it out, it was just slightly on the snug side.
From what I've seen in the manuals and the description on the site, the Switch Pro Controller and PS5 controller will only work if you provide extra power to the Converters via the Micro USB port on the front as the SNES controller port power will not be adaquate
The Switch Pro controller worked with no issue, I did see the warning about needing additional power but I have no practical way to do that with the PS5 controller.
You'll also need the Micro USB ports for extra power if you're hooking anything up to the SNES Multi-Tap (even controllers that work normally without a power supply otherwise)

The "fightstick mode" is also perfect for the fightpads they made these days...
