Same here, I’ve watched so many hours of people off-roading and camping in Australia. It’s pretty neat getting to see other parts of the world directly from real people.
Great vid. My primary vehicle since 2015 has been my 2015 Spyder F3S with Blue Ridge windshield and passenger backrest. Got most of my 31k miles commuting 45 minutes between Cobb county and downtown Atlanta for what used to be 5 days a week at first, then 3 days a week, then twice in last 15 months. I’ve commuted in temps as low as 26 degrees (32 degrees is minimum now) with no heated grips or gear, and have not experienced a riding temp too hot. For the cold, multiple layers of everything, and since fingers are the first to fail, ski gloves over rubber gloves, and have tried WindBusters? Have my work backpack, with waterproof cover when needed, that straps to passenger seat (I never leave backpack alone on bike) and helmet I leave on bike and rarely lock (knock on wood). I leave overpants/boot covers/gloves/balaclava in frunk so only have to shed torso layers and extra socks at desk. Often pick up dinner for family on way home by putting what’s in frunk in backpack, or I carry the backpack and strap food to passenger seat. I used to even pick up my son from high school on way home, took extra helmet to work, and we both had to wear our backpacks for those 10 minutes home, but it worked. To me, commuting is about gear, preparation, and options. Be safe out there.
Jeff I agree with you man, I just moved down to Central Fl from Cobb Co(Kennesaw) Go Braves! Sold my Suzuki Boulevard 2wks ago. Will be purchasing a F3 or RT limited this December. Will definitely post on here to hopefully set up a ride with folks sooner then later
I ride a F3 limited. And I ride it to work and I tour with it. I love my F3 because I feel it is very versitale. Its comfortable and for me the riding style is perfect.
I agree that it is definitely a versatile machine. It's got comfort and power that you can feel. Doubt I'd get rid of my Ryker but an F3T may be something I add to the fleet eventually.
Thanks I was all ryker being my first but I had to think about long rides if I want to see family. My daughter also wants to ride with me and in fear of the "bottom out" I knew I had to do extra work for a smooth ride. Now I'm considering a f3 to just fix all my worries and concerns. This was very helpful in my decision making. Safe travels.
It all depends, I think a lot of people would be fine 2UP on a Ryker, but me as a bigger guy, I've always been hesitant. The F3 Limited definitely felt like a whole other animal when it comes to the weight and capacity. Little less nimble feeling than a Ryker, but also very confidence inspiring at speed. Choices, choices.
I commute every nice day on my spyder. All I need is a backpack for my stuff on most days. Thats what great about 3 wheels, they are great commuting machines.

I was hoping to keep it to a lower cost model but maybe that’s wishful thinking. Thanks for the awesome videos and guidance! Would love to see vids on Ryker accessories and also riding twisties.
If I were to want to keep it lower cost I would choose a used F3 before a new ryker as the savings can be huge and I would have that extra comfort and power I wanted.
The difference isn't as much in the arms as it is in the core. Because you are shifting your weight to the inside off of the center line of the seat, you can get a bit weary of ultra-winding roads. However, I rode the F3 on the Skyline Drive and Blueridge Parkway last year which has a tremendous amount of curves. I was moving my body around a lot but it was never truly taxing to do so.. The power assist steering is minimal at medium to high speeds. It's mostly helpful in the parking lot.
I’m a big fan, it definitely is something you could buy with confidence knowing that it’s going to treat you well for years to come. Looks great and has all the creature comforts. Just depends on how you will use it. If the goal is to take long trips comfortably (possibly with a passenger), then I would go for it. If going short to medium trips, I’d look down the line a little bit at an F3-T.
@@thealexkirschproject I’d say the Sea-To-Sky would be the one then. Try out one of the new RTs when you have a chance, that should tell you everything you need to know.

Very interested in taking a more-fam-focused experience to my olde ZX7 days and this vid tends to help me add to the QV portfolio... but seeing you build a vid from the left lane (without passing at all, as in zero attempt) is puke-worthy lol. "Never let the law in get the way of a true story," I got it. But still.... maybe we just wanna come into work appropriately idk. All good & good vid.
Definitely more on top of it vs a Ryker but more a little more down in it than an RT. More relaxed ride especially with the floorboards on this limited. Not a fan of the floorboards for sure. Takes you too far out of an aggressive riding position IMO. F3-T would be perfect for me as far as a longer trip Spyder goes.
I have an F3-S currently and it’s pretty comfy. Similar ergonomics overall, just the stock floorboards on the F3 limited encourage me to keep my legs at almost a 90 degree knee bend, instead of a bit out in front like I do with the foot pegs on the F3-S.
I waz l👀king at the F3 limited so the Wife & I could do some traveling she shoot me down faster than Trump at BLM convention, but she agree on F3T that waz my first choice ✌🏽🤴🏾

If going short to medium trips, I’d look down the line a little bit at an F3-T.
@@3WK-ADV I am looking at doing both actually. Well eventually.
@@thealexkirschproject I’d say the Sea-To-Sky would be the one then. Try out one of the new RTs when you have a chance, that should tell you everything you need to know.
@@3WK-ADV when I did my Class, that's what I rode on. Loved it. I knew I wanted a Can-Am, but when I actually took the class last year, I LOVED IT!!! It's comfortable, has good get up and was turns on a dime.
If Ryker has heated grips and cruise control, I’d buy it. I don’t give a crap about blue tooth and all that. I ride to free up from that junk.
That’s bangin bruh!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you I just made my mind on spider rt
Glad this could help!
Very good! I think my mind is made up. I’m switching from 2 wheels to 3 👍🏻
Good choice!
Great video. Thank you for sharing this.
Super Thanx for Posting Bruh!!
Thanks for watching bruh!
I have a ryker, thinking of getting a F3. Did you feel a lot more heat on your legs, than the ryker ?It was a f3T I test drove.
To be honest, I did notice much heat there at all. It was a lot cooler weather out there, so that could be a factor.
Rt limited. But I want a new f3s.
How is the riding position?
I prefer the ryker , because I sit down in it , not on top of it , how does this compare?
ride position is cruiser style.
You could probably wear dress clothes on a spyder. Cool bike.
For sure!
How about the performance
Nice bike
Smart words..
Riding is fun but screw going to an office and being around gross people! Virtual is the new age!
Haha you're not wrong! My goal is work completely remotely at some point and just travel and work from interesting locations. All in due time!
Or a raptor 700 srs
seating position looks cramped
I have an F3-S currently and it’s pretty comfy. Similar ergonomics overall, just the stock floorboards on the F3 limited encourage me to keep my legs at almost a 90 degree knee bend, instead of a bit out in front like I do with the foot pegs on the F3-S.
I waz l👀king at the F3 limited so the
Wife & I could do some traveling she shoot me down faster than Trump at BLM convention, but she agree on F3T that waz my first choice ✌🏽🤴🏾
That F3T is real slick, should be great on long trips and still turn heads just around town doing errands. Safe travels!
show the bike stop talking please
I’ve got a solution, go watch another channel.
