Does Ondsel have a direct modeling mode where you can disable parametric features?

I don't know if that's possible. You can draft sketches without dimensions and drag them later. Don't know if you can do that with solids though.

Hi, you have to press 'Spacebar' after selecting the origin to make them visible.

1:50 my xz lines are under the object, i restarted the editing several times and I can never get the lines on front of the object like yours, therefore i can't add dimesions (hor. vert.)

You probably have to click the 'Section view' button to cut the view. Which version of Ondsel or FreeCAD do you use?

No that's true indeed. You can pick a random color by right clicking the body.

@@AllVisuals4U It can still be done, I found it by activating the Property view sub-window and the option to select a color is in the Object Style>Shape Appearance
