I am totally noob. Never planted anything b4 but i have the space and correct soil and i'm hantu durian. Can i get more detailed vid of u planting. How you dig. What you mix for unfertilised soil. What brand of fertiliser u recommend and how much to use and how to use. How you water. 😅
Hmmm, if you want it be easier, just buy the sapling from shop (if there is 1). We didn't really mix the soil, we just put fertilizer when we are planting the sapling. For fertilizer, I think you should ask the local shop for the recommendation, they will know what people usually buy for durian. You can use only organic fertilizer, but it grows rather slow as compared to chemical fertilizer, so we usually cycle 1 type of fertilizer for each month. For watering, if there's raining, you don't really have to water the plant, maybe once a week. If no, it depends on how much time you can put into it, you can do it everyday or once every 2-3 days.
Hallo, I am from India. Let me know how long does a durian tree take to bear fruits ? Your soil is looking red, laterite and stony but ours is soft And clayey. I want to plant one sapling , available in India. Probably that would be a seedling one not grafted. How long may it take to produce fruits?
In our place, the tree takes approximately 5 years to bear fruit. If it's a stem-grafted tree, it's about 2 years. I'm not sure how long will it take to bear fruit if planting in India.
A terbaik
Nice 👍
Good
